This is very interesting, lets see....ok, firs i think that balto 4 needs a few songs related with the "Alue´s return", "the race of Kodi", "Dingo`s mistery", "the true wolves family" maybe only two or three, for the songs i will ask for some help to IL Divo, Celine Dion
voices for the songs:

Balto: Carlos(Il divo)
Kody: David(Il divo)
Sabac: Urs(Il divo
Dingo: Sebastien(Il divo)
Aleu:Celine Dion

for the normal voices i think that the best option will be using again the voices of Maurice LaMarche, Jody Benson,Lacey Charbert, Sean Austin, etc., I will put more action related with the wolves, everyone with their own problem, some strange people traying to catch Balto for strange things, Jenna traveling with Balto arround Alaska, the Alue´s return, Kody gets married with Dosty, Boris and Stella´s kids, the sorprice of some Balto´s wolf family and a secret with Dingo.

If you were in charge of Balto 4, what direction would you take it? Would you maximize the budget and try and top the first; or would you follow the footsteps of Balto 2 and 3 and take a different path? Would there be songs? What characters would recur other than Balto, and what new character would you introduce? Would you have someone die? Who would you hire for the voices? What else would you do?

If i was given the opportunity I would take the job of directing Balto 4. I would maximize the budget but there there is noway I or anyone could top the first Balto movie but i would have all the origunal characters but it would have two diffrent approches to it, what I mean is there are teo ways of which the movie my be about. The first idea is about Balto before he came to Nome and or when he gets there what its like for him and when he first meets Jenna and how the people of Nome disliked him and stuff like a little bit about he meet Moris, Muk and Luk but manly focuse how he fells for Jenna, his new home and stuff. The second idea is about when Balto is on his own and how he faces dangers all around him since he was abandoned as a pup or left, not sure why hes totaly by himself but still, back on topic it will be about him strugguling to stay alive and how scared he was an stuff but realizes that a true wolfdog/hybrid does not give up so he faces his fears and stuff and alo how he met Mores and Muk and Luk. But I would also get alot of the Baltosource members to help with some ideas.

Well, lets see...

I'd bring back all the old characters from the previous films.
I'd definitely scrap the songs.
I'd introduce Balto's father.
I would give all the character interesting backstories
I'd re-cast all the original voice actors

Uh, I forget what else.
