Quite simply, not everyone likes the same things... and sometimes people bash what they don't like.

Next time, try to read the first posts and understand what this topic is all about before you go posting, please.

I like Black Blood Alliance, but I understand it's not everyone's cup of tea. But I think it is incredibly immature to go around bashing it or insulting the artist just because you don't like it. Write a constructive and polite review instead.

It's a comic about wolves. Why should it provoke so much anger I'll never know.

Not long ago, when she was first big, if someone said something that wasn't "oh Kay, you're the best! you are perfect in every way" she'd send all her "minions" after them to flame the poor people. I've seen it happen a couple times, I dunno if it was her that authorized it or not, but she didn't seem to mind very much. The reason you don't see that now, is because there's about as many people that hate her guts for what she used to do as there are that adore her no matter what.

She does have a knack for drawings wolves and such, but the only reason why she doesn't have any of my respect is because of what she used to do.

Used to happen quite daily...she couldn't (and still can't) handle any form of critique. I have the least bit of respect for the comic as it gets.Mostly when I draw wolves, they look on the anorexic side. Lol. I can draw vehicles, buildings and technical diagrams, but not animals or people. And an update while I was posting came along...here we go, admitting what I call her guilty for: http://img174.imageshack.us/img174/538/ ... ietg0.jpg/ ...though I doubt it was much of an "accident" like she claims, since it was entirely preventable to begin with.

I personally could care less about the BBA. I was once a rabid fan, but now, I'm not... Let's just say I had a falling out with the group and the fandom. Yes, Kay's and ESDA06's art is good - but if she and ESDA06 put in more work and research into it, it could be so much better.

Besides the rabid fandom (and let's face it, I detest rabid fandoms), I would prefer that the BBA have some realism in it - for instance, saber-toothed cats could not actually outright attack with their saber teeth - they'd break - only using them for the final kill after having knocked the animal over. Also in regards to smilodon, the bite force of the cat was less than a modern lion. It gives the reader an unrealistic assumption of animal (and human) behavior in the Pleistocene.

I could go on with my critique, but I highly doubt that Kay or Erin would listen - even if they read this page.

I must also agree with Alpine, as I have seen her behavior in the past, which only adds in the number of 'haterz' of KayFedewa and the BBA and the BBA-fandom. I am not saying that the entire fandom is bad and deserves to be mocked, there are members of that particular fandom that I have seen been read the riot act by Kay and Erin themselves on DeviantArt, and thus give the decent people a bad name.

Oh yes - if we're going to talk about comics, have any of you checked out "Wurr" by Wolf Pearl?

Now, I do not know RayJ... But I do agree its rude to say "YOUR COMIC IS... UGLY!!!!" Then send them 30 billion e-mails about it. Its just rude. FLAT OUT RUDE.

I only bash Kay because she deserves every bit of it because of what she's done in the past.

Well Kay's art style isn't truly her own - it's heavily based on Balto and the like.

And why do people keep bringing this topic back from the dead?

I only wish that people would first think for themselves before swinging one way or another, to uncover the truth of the matter. And this goes for everything.

Please don't blindly follow anyone.
