Personally, I like them all. They all contributed their parts to the movies :)

Out of those 7 my two favorite are Aleu and Boris. The others really didn't do much for me.

My favorite characters in most anything are usually secondary characters... so I surprise myself that it was Balto who's my favorite of all.
However, of the secondary characters in Balto, my views are:
I liked Muk and Luk (thought they were cute),
and Boris (he was a good supporting character in the first movie, though I felt he was more of dead weight in the sequels...).
For some reason, I don't mind Sylvie. Dixie was annoying, but tollerable ('specially at the end of course).
...I have no positive comments for either Aleu or Stella. ...especially Stella...

Boris or Muk and Luk are my choices. I like all of the characters in some way.

I'm not that crazy over these characters. But I would have to go with Boris.

I find it hard to NOT like Boris-he's just hilarious!!
"Bears!! Fellas!? IDIOT BALLS OF FLUFF!!"
"IT'S TIME FOR GOOSE TO KICK A LITTLE BEAR BUTT!!"
Dixie and Sylvie are funny because Dixie's the sort of ditzy Steele-obsessed one and Sylvie is the snarky one behind her, rolling her eyes. XD
I liked the way Muk talked. Interesting accent, you know? Luk's really an "idiot ball of fluff" but he's funny too.

Sorry that I cannot remember Stella....is Aleu Balto and Jenna's daughter? Saw the second movie only once.
