I haven't, but I brush with this really yummy tasting toothpaste so I brush my teeth after I eat anything . I think I'm addicted to it. It just tastes so...good... I've eaten an entire Habenero pepper once. Words alone cannot describe just how painful it actually is. (Oils on the pepper stick to your mouth and don't rinse off with water, so the pain lasts for a good 10-20 minutes.)
I recommend you buy a few and dare a friend to take a bite. Though, I can't guarantee you'll still have your friend afterward.

I've eaten paper, lamb fat, my head phones, snow,my thumb(i bit itr made it bleed and sucked up the blood), and a toe nail. I seem to eat a lot of weird stuff.lol

I have eaten mushrooms.
Well, here is the funny thing...
They were growing out of the ground in the city.
I ate some from the ground.
Lucky i didn't get poisoned!

I was in my cousins weddings and they had cows tongue in there.

I didnt know what it was so I tasted it. awww I love cow tongue <3 it's delicious! I also eat cow or pig heart, Chicken, cow and pig's liver...I have also ate cow's bellows! but they were gummy and tasted of nothing =/
