Luna: Good question.
Toby: Paris?
Luna: Venice?
Toby: I'm gonna let you take this one.
Luna: Well, anyplace with the two of us is OK by me.
Toby: Hey, I'm not gonna argue with that.

Pete, what would you have done if Luna's amnesia stayed for quite a while? I thought you hated her and Toby. Also, that was sinking SO low!

Luna, (on a diffrent subject) how did you get away from the dogs that Toby put on you?

Toby, how did you know a trap that would get steele?

Pete: Hey, when you see a shortcut, you take it.
Toby: Yeah. Cliffs make great shortcuts-straight down.
(Pete gives Toby an angry look)
Luna: As they say, when God closes a door, He opens a window.
Toby: So that's how you got out of the house!
Luna: Not that I'll need to repeat it, right?
Toby: Right, right. As for your last question, wolfcall, I sometimes explored the train lot as a puppy. It was sort of a gamble, but it worked.

Now that I remember, Toby, what do you think Steele would be doing in New York right now?

What are your siblings called? I don't know if they're mentioned by name, but if they were then I didn't see it.

Toby: Well, he's probably up to no good as usual. On the other hand, he could have turned over a new leaf. There's really no telling.



Toby: Oh, there's a question I didn't expect. Let's see. My brothers were Bobby and Reggie, and my sisters were Terra, Maya, and Abbey.

Really? I thought he'd be trying to figure out a way to get down Balto's statue. ^^ Lol

Toby: Good point. Knowing him, he's probably trying to bring it down by using his head as a battering ram. That's all it seems to be good for.
Luna: Kinda like someone else I know...
Toby: You'd better be talking about Pete.

I have a question for Loki. Why did you destroy the house when Toby took you in? That's a funny way of showing gratitude, don't you think?

Loki: I know, I feel rotten about it now. I just... well, I'm a wolf. I've got the instinct to rip stuff. That's why people shouldn't try to make housedogs out of us.

Luna: What is this, an advice column? But as long as you're asking, I guess I might as well answer. The trouble is, there's no all-situation answer to questions like that. Personally, I'd recommend just getting to know him as a friend, and see how it goes from there. Don't try to rush anything.

Dragon Tamer: Well, Toby and Pete were named after the two boys in the semi-famous Bunnicula series, and Luna was named after a unicorn (NOT a character in Harry Potter).
Toby: I guess that's why Luna's so good at getting her point across, huh?
(Luna playfully whacks Toby)
Dragon Tamer: Very funny, Toby. Now, where was I? Oh, yeah. Toby's dad Rex was named at random, I think. Terry's name might have been a nod to Terry Irwin, wife of the late Steve Irwin (I'm not really sure myself). I think I considered naming Rex Steve, but it just didn't seem to work for a bloodhound. Charlie was named after Charlie Barkin from All Dogs Go to Heaven, and I named his father, Noland Winters, after Nolan Walsh from the movie Racing Stripes. Luna's owner, Connie, was named after Connie Kendall (not sure of the spelling), and her brother Eugene was named after Eugene Meltsner, both from the radio series "Adventures in Oddysee." Rex's owner, Chief Scotty, is a nod to FBI Agent Scotty from Home Alone 3. I think that's about everything. Oh, yeah, I almost forgot Alicia, Terry's owner. She was named at random too.
P.S. I've edited this post a few times since I put it up because it took me a while to remember why I named my characters what I did.

Pete: Like I said, he's a mutt and a loser. He and that prissy girlfriend of his have given me all kinds of trouble, and that's why I wanted to split them up. Anything else you want to know, smartie?

A question for Luna. This may sound stupid at first, but according to one of the fanfics (sorry I can't name it), but I remember that you said ' I want to keep my wolf side on low profile' or something like that. If so, then why?

Luna: No, that doesn't sound like a dumb question to me. The reason I want to keep my wolf ancestry a secret is that, first of all, it comes from Balto. Now I love my Grandpa, but I want people to view me for who I am, not who my relatives are. That's why I held off telling Toby that Balto was my Grandpa. Second of all, the other dogs may have accepted Balto, but that doesn't mean they've completely lost their prejudices. And if I'm going to break those ideas they have, I want to do it on my own without riding my Grandpa's tail.
