Mmm, yes, that's still possible. He was also in TLK 1 1/2, and it was DTV (but with a much higher budget than the average DTV sequel)

Yeah, he's also been in a lot of TV series as just side characters too.
He was also in LBT dtv:

Ok, you're right. But Universal sometimes do strange things, and I'm sure they could have brought back the original voices for the other characters in the sequels, and yet they didn't.

it would be nice to see steel and how he's progressed since he was discovered to be a liar and a fake. think any chance of it may happen someday? or will it only seemingly exist in our fan fiction?

Well, if Universal is planning to make 10 sequels in the years to come...yes, that's highly possible :lol: I still hope they are not planning to make sequels after sequels...

Read the true story of Balto. It is fascinating. Steele is, in fact, a character made up for the first movie. He never existed in history.

Steele should. His disappearence was quite mysterious and sad, 'cause he's one of my favorites. Yeah, he should come back. Though I think he's not coming back.
