The Fourth of July commemorates the adoption of Declaration of Independence, that stated independence from Britain. It's The United States of America's birthday.

Hey! I went bowling on the 4th! I watched the fireworks by a local high school! We were really close! (But not as close as you, Vivi ) On the 3rd, though, there's an event called Red, White, and BOOM, which also has fireworks. I watched them from my Uncle's house on a lake. They were awesome...... XD

I go to my Aunts house in Long Island. In the moring we went to her Best friends house and we made a float for the parade. It was fun. XD The night before that we played Man-Hunt in the road/ other poeples back yards. I almost got caught but I hid in some bushes. XD But when we wnt to the fireworks it rained XD We usually go to the beach or go water tubing. After that we go to the house, have a BBQ or eat something else for dinner. Sometimes we go to the movies to pass the time. After that we go back to the beach and watch a Bond Fire and Fireworks or we just watch fire works. After that my Aunt and Uncle go to bed and me my sister, brother, and two cousins play video games until 1 AM in the morning. Or we go swimming at night XD Or inst

I celebrate the 1st of July 'cause I'm Canadian . I also celebrate the 5th of July...don't ask...

Absoultly nothing. Like Blake, I'm Canadian and I celebrate Canada day, on the 1st of July. I usually just get a few friends and sit on top of the swing sets at the park, watching the fireworks.
