It´s she, because when Balto and Aleu are talking in the boat after they saw the hunter Alue said "and what about my brothers and sisters?" she maens that there have to be at least 2 brothers and 2 sisters, if we have already identified 3 boys(Kody,Sabac and Dingo) and there´s 6 pups we have 4 counting alue, so for making true the part of sisters the other 2 pups are girls, including the red faced pup!.

Um, no. We don't know that Dingo and Saba are males, and I - along with many others - think Saba's a girl. Saba's a girl's name. O_o

Plus that movie had a lot of holes in it.

I think it can be a boy or a girl it all depends on what you think, for me personally I think it's a boy

Well, the gender is an unknown, but you can give it any gender you want.

Well, i saw the movie in spanish because i´m mexican, and in this version the voices of Saba and Dingo are of male pups., anyway, there have to be 3 male pups and 3 female pups

IMO,the gender of the red faced pup is undecided.
