I could not agree more; it is indeed a good idea I asked someone else whether they could answer my question. Maybe they have somthing to add, other than a carefull revieuw of my post (I do appologise for trying to be clever, as you meticulously pointed out).
So can anyone now please tell me if certain wolfpacks will start routinely attacking humans if the circumstances are given (see previous post for elaboration), comparable to the 'TSAVO event'?

There have been attacks but never by a healthy wolf, I believe no human has ever been eaten by one

According to Shaun Ellis the wolfman and an expert on wolf behavior. Who appeared on the National Geographic channel earlier this year
(a Man Among Wolves)
There haven't been any confirmed attacks on humans. most claims are probably based on mythology and wolf-hatred.
And I believe him.

Wolves are shy animals and will not harm humans unless they or their cubs feel threatened. The reason why they were feared back in the old days was because of the disease rabies. A rabid wolf (or dog for that matter) will attack unprovoked. Healthy wolves are not dangerous unless provoked.

Just ignore her Second Chance. By the looks of the huge childish font, she's trying to start a flame war.
