I agree with alot what people say, Hes handsome but his attitude does not match with it.
its funny cause when i first saw him i knew he be the villian of some sort, so evily handsome? im not sure, but ugly is not a choice cause they wanted him to be a gloryhound which means loving themself, so he must be handsome cause you cant love yourself ugly can you? anyway
Handsome on outside, ugly inside ^^
and im a guy so thats weird of me to say

I'm not sure Steele is an ugly or handsome person. At first, he is a genuine womaniser, depecting on his looks and charmes, but, at an other point, he's an ugly person because he's the main bad guy in the film and misusing his "gifts" at being an jerk and bullty!!! Be nice on me, I don't know many of the English language because I'm Flemish.

I can't say he's ugly. He isn't physically ugly, but attitude-wise, he is ugly.
His physical appearance is rather well put and he made a great, interesting character. In a way, to Dixie, he was handsome... maybe a little bit more than that. XD
But, he was a good character with an ugly personality and I can't say he was either in a sense.
