Just to name a few! I could go on for hours though!

Unfortunately I only have a handful of songs. I'm currently downloading their full discography now. I heard the song "One" while playing playing Guitar Hero III and was like HEY Metallica! *goes straight to youtube and limewire* Let me say, Metallica impressed me the first time I listened to them. I'm not so crazy for One. But I really dig Ride the Lightening, Unforgiven, Unforgiven II, For Whom the Bell Tolls and that's about it. After listening to them, they opened me up to some old fashion metal. Now I really dig 1980s-1990s metal. Any other bands similar to Metallica I should try out?
Anyone wanna recommend albums or tell some I shouldn't waste my time on? PM me. Thanks.

Enter Sandman.

-The Memory Remains

-One

-Master of Puppets

Those 3 (in no order) are my top fave Metallica songs

THREAD REVIVAL!!!

I always thought "Trapped Under Ice" was underrated.

First of just want to say Metallica is my all time favorite band!! (HENCE MY ACCOUNT NAME)

Now the thing is here my favorite song of all time is "Am I Evil?" a song by Diamond Head, but I like Metallica's version a whole lot more.

My top 10 favorites are

1. One
2 Master of Puppets
3. The Four Horsemen
4. Orion (One of the best instrumentals I've ever heard. RIP Cliff Burton)
5. The Call of Ktulu
6. For Whom the Bell Tolls
7. Fade to Black
8. Creeping Death
9. Bleeding Me
10. The Day That Never Comes (Their newest single)

Now sometimes they change position but the top 5 will always be where they are.

1.sad,but true
2.the four horseman
3.the unforegiven
4.so what?(even though it is messy)
5.last caress(even more messy )
6.seek and destroy
7.cyanide
8.enter sandman
8.That was just your life
9.The day that never comes
10.The end of the line.
11.Broken,beat & Scarred
12.Don't tread on Me

I wouldn't say I have a "favourite" of anything Metallica (as I think they are a bit overated and once you heard about 3 of their songs you seem to have heard them all) but despite my low opinion of the band I do find myself listening to their "Cyanid" instead of changing the radio station.
