"Love Is A Song" from the original Bambi got an award for cryin' out loud!

So. I think Bambi 2 was way better than the 1st one. Bambi was boring and the only reason why I ever watched it was cuz my sister watches it all the time and I like Thumper. But the 2nd one was more entertaining and funnier and it was something kids could watch. It also explained the relationship between Father and Son.

Kids could watch, what are you talking about? I remember putting Bambi 2 on for some neighborhood kids, and 1 out of 5 sat down and watched, like, 2 minutes of it. Three of them asked me to put on the original Bambi, so I did. From then on, I felt differently about disney midquels, if that's what they're called.

They are called Prequels.

Her name's Faline. And I absoloutely CANNOT STAND HER IN BAMBI 1!!! She has such a stupid squealy laugh that makes the film more childish then it is!!!

I think Bambi, the Great Prince, Faline, Ronno ect. ect. looked amazing in Bambi 2! The reality is stunning! The backgrounds are breathtaking, and there aren't any bloopers! OMG Bambi 1 has nice animation and stunning backgrounds...but it's nowhere near as clean and sparkly as Bambi 2's in my opinion, which I am entitled to! And no one can change it. Ha ha

Faline was cute, bright, and happy in Bambi 1. In Bambi 2 she was, ugh, quiet, laaayyyyyed back, and, well, brown. They made her the wrong color. Anyway, I'm entitled to my opinion too, so you can't change that either! Ha ha ha!

I've only seen the first one and I was really young then I saw the end of the second I really don't care for them I don't know why

This is my opinion.. once again. Please learn to accept it, because if you can't, then what makes you think I am going to accept yours? =D;

Faline in Bambi 1; Annoying, Loud Mouth. I mean, all she does was laugh and laugh and LAUGH. It's so annoying, and the laugh is just creepy.

Faline in Bambi 2: Mature, Cute, Shows more of her personality, Gentle and sweet. She is more prettier in this one, too.

Animation

Bambi 1: Backgrounds are nicely done, and the deers were nicely drawn, but the animation was not as near as clear or smooth as Bambi 2. It was just.. dark, and "old", just not even near as pretty as Bambi 2. It's nice, and I seen much worse animation, and it's good for it's age - But not nowhere near as Bambi 2.

Bambi 2: Smooth, Clear, 'Clean', sparkly, bright and just wonderful. Backgrounds are just simply amazingly done! I love how sparkly it is, and how clean and smooth. It's just.. wonderful. The animation is great, and all of the animals there was well done, more likeable, pretty, and such.

The kids that live around here own Bambi 2 - But seen Bambi 1, and would rather see Bambi 2. I got the Bambi 1 movie for them, but they asked me to turn it off - And put on Bambi 2.

And this has really turned into a "Bambi 1 vs. Bambi 2" war. Let's just stay to our opinions, because being the person I am, I'll just keep on and on about how great Bambi 2 is, and how it's better than Bambi 1.

Umm they were both good....whats the point in arguing? Sometimes I'm surprised to hear balto source is a "friendly" community. To Rebel: Bambi 2 DID have bloopers! I found a very noticeable one, in fact. After Flower says "See, I told you turtles were scary!" When Bambi laughs, his whole forehead is colored a different shade of brown than what it's supposed to. Bambi is much better artistically and musically. Seriously, Bambi makes me feel so warm inside, Bambi 2? No such feeling.

Besides, did Bambi 2 use the multi-playing camera? I think not!

Excuse me? It's called a opinion. You can't accept my opinion, then I am not going to accept yours. ENOUGH is enough. Just get over it. Not everyone will like Bambi 1. It's not that great IN MY opinion, just like not everyone will like Bambi 2. They both have faults, and even Bambi 1 has bloopers, JUST like Bambi 2. So, let's stop acting like five year olds now.

Hmm, let's look at what's selling. My, it looks like far more love the original Bambi, my, isn't that something? Try as you like, you can't change the fact that Bambi is a timeless masterpiece, and Bambi 2 is little more than just another typical disney sequel. Think about that for a minute, hmm Wolfdog?
