Drawing wolves, dogs, your own canine characters ect. is alright I know, and I enjoy to see art like this, but no Balto art at all I'm not to sure about. You know what? That's not a bad idea. Not a bad idea at all. I am also disappointed to see that people only send drawings of THEIR characters, and NOT the Balto characters. So, maybe there should be a rule like this : "From now on, fanart mods will upload your drawings only if you send at least ONE drawing of a Balto character in your gallery. Don't forget this is a Balto site, not a wolves or dogs site."What's your opinion? Great rule Steet, it will be good to see more Balto art on Balto Source and not other things that have nothing to do with Balto. I'm not saying I don't enjoy seeing people own charries and stuff, but when thats all you draw, it can get a little annoying and it would be nice to see some pics of the Balto characters now and then. Hopefully this rule will change this Quote: In all honesty though, I wouldn't mind uploading more than one Balto picture myself...he just looks funny in my style, which is why I haven't done so yet:B
Kahvie, I would love to see Balto in your style! Very interesting...

I had a thought. What if the character(s) were used in a Balto fan fiction?
Would they then be considered a Balto-related character?

No : Balto characters are official characters.
Balto, Jenna, Steele, Kaltag, Star, Boris, Stella (gulp)...

Man I missed alot >.< I'm restricted from the computer during the week, save for little moments like this.
Steets idea sounds great and fair. I know I'm guilty of drawing alot of my own original characters, but I really do try to draw characters from the movies as well. Balto characters, for me, are harder to draw for some reason lol. Maybe since it's not my style and I'm very picky about my drawings.
As for the train and wolf/dragon art, DragonWolf, those I don't really mind as much, you're train drawings are excellent, and there IS a train in the movie. Maybe you could work that into your pics!

Thanks Draco!
Too bad its Steele that is beside the train though. Hmmm, Ive got an idea...hmmm
Now just as long as you dont get picky in the type, Ill be in the good. I dont care all too much for real early railroad equipment...anything from 1920 and up is cool to me.
Which makes me wonder why the Alaskan Railroad didnt use a 4-6-2 Pacific...or their best engine instead of a 4-4-0 Atlantic (If its a Atlanta, not sure). Railwolf...any insight?
If you all dont mind, Im about ready to start sending some chapters of my Balto fanfic...which does involve dragons.
Yeah, Balto and Zelner, friends to the end.
Again, thanks for the kind comment Draco.

I have been wondering about the horses and such too. I know I'm guilty of sending in crossover pics, but it's alright isn't it? As long as the crossovers are purely canine? (I send in a LOT of Balto related stuff too, so I guess my gallery isn't going anywhere...)
Anthros are another issue. Werewolves and thing like that. Are they allowed? I don't know if they should be, even if it is wolf like. I mean, Balto had no werewolf things in it, so should it be allowed?
