Maybe that's because it isn't released in the US yet...(it's aired on YTV, which is a canadian channel I believe) Be sure it will be entirely different when it will be on Cartoon Network.
when will they air it?Thoguh i not really a fan of them...

If Universal had done things differently we could be watching Balto XVI and a Balto television series. I wish they had focused on Balto instead of LBT. Nothing against LBT, I just like dogs and wolves infinitely more.

I was flipping through channels the other day and found the LBT series on Cartoon Network. Mind you, LBT lost me at....somewhere around their 7th film(I still knew about the sequels they kept churning out), but for a good while that I was watching this episode I thought it was an actual movie, one of the sequels. Why come out with a TV series when there are so many sequels being made? Doing both at the same time just makes absolutely no sense to me.
I love the first couple of LBT films but a Balto series....THAT I would watch. Of course, like Cat said, they would have to put a little more effort into a Balto series in order to not completely ruin the story and spirit of the original movie. I agree, mediocre Balto is better than no Balto, as long as they don't completely saturate the almighty legacy that is Balto the First
