Well then it's settled then, finally an answer. I'm extreamly glad to know that she was polite enough to answer someone.

Maybe there could be a solution : "unclass" the gallery, which means that it would still be on the site but not on the first page anymore. I guess by cheating a bit it could be possible.

And I like your idea Steet: Maybe pages that are no longer/very rarely updated/updated by someone else for a short period of time should go on another page?

I voted no, why? Because if she said no, that doesn't show that she cares so much about art thieves. She knows that there are art thieves, but she still wants it up. And by the way, the art theft lays on the hearts of the ones who steal it, not hers.

However, I also feel sorry for the mods because they need to deal with all those who are the thieves, and because of keeping the site clean of art thieves, I think her gallery should be deleted. But the thing what steet thought about may solve part of the problem.

Okay, I'm thrilled she ACTUALLY reponded, but that is THE LAMEST excuse to keep a gallery ANYWHERE. Even though people are still copying (some even getting away with it, more than likely) her material, she wants to keep it up just because she was the first to send art? Is that some kinda "honor" or "privledge"? I doubt it.

Considering how she treats most people, I say she just wants it kept for the "glory" of knowing that almost 400 people like her art. There's no "honor" in letting people copy your art. I don't care if she was the first person to submit art here, I just can't believe with all the art theives around trying to rob her of her dignity she STILL wants it kept up JUST BECAUSE she's numero uno. Sad. Hypocritcal, probably. Sketch artists express themselves through sketching. I thought that when she drew that picture on the first page, she would actually DO something about it. But no. She kicks back and is obviously one of those artists who find it "flattering" that their art is copied.

I know for a fact that there are lots of better artists on this site who don't get the recognition they deserve because they "don't like" their art or because "Pample is better" because her gallery is there to compare. And there are TONS of artists who actually attempt to keep this site alive. I see her promoting nothing but art theft (if anything) by being here. And if she were "any regular" gallery, her gallery would've been gone along with the others that were only taking up space.

Although, I must say if her gallery is considered "better," theives will take her art over someone else's art like Beauty_Jenna's (sorry to point her out, but she is a great artist) And if her gallery was gone they would more than likely start stealing from "second best."

But I don't want ANYONE'S art stolen and that was the whole point of this, and I am just angry THAT was the reason she gave us for keeping her art. If she gave us a BETTER (and less narcessistic) reason, I'd be completely fine with it. But no. Until someone can convince me otherwise, she just wants the "glory." Yet another honest attempt shot down by pig-headedness.



And isn't that already something people can do? Like view the "recently updated" or in "alphabetical order"?

Well..I can tell you..i don't want to sound mean or anything,Cat..Pample said that she left because of art theives..she just had enough,I told her all...she wasn't happy at all.. >_> She left even the French side ...O_O

She don't wants her art deleted because she was the first who posted arts..and don't wants steet to be upset XD

Oh. I see. She left because of people who took her art in all ways, shapes, and forms. But still left her art on the table for people to help themselves to.

She left for herself, but doesn't want to hurt steet's feelings. Abandons the site, but still leaves a shred of evidence that she's still top dog (no pun intended) in the art section. *Is greatly confused by her motives.*

Yes yes..but I guess a drawing is attractive by it's quality..like lots of effects..non-artists can't see the bad part.

If Pample left because of art theives she should have taken her gallery down with her because leaving your art up and unprotected by you, only attracts art theives and does nothing to solve the problem.

So pample never was rude about the note, she just didn't have time to answer the one drew and cat sent her? Well, I like looking at her art and glad its stil there, but I would only be temerairly sad if it where gone. It would all just be like kinda the same thing when wildfire's gallerey was deleted. *my opinion xD* well Im glad u got an answer from her deni^^

I voted "yes" for the fact that the artist herself is no longer uploading her artwork herself (not sure if she asked Steet to do it or if he is doing it out of his own will?) and is therefore not moderating what goes on with it on this site.


Second reason I voted "yes." I have nothing against the artits, I just think it would be better for them if the problem was removed (unless they atcually like seeing their work stolen0,o).

Just to remember that I AM also a mod of fan art on this site !!!!!!! I think people have totaly forget that well thanks to ask me my point of view on that ! Also I WAS THE FIRST mod on this site long before you and I've delete a tons of art stolen, it never troubles me, because when I saw an artist stealing from an other, I don't upload the pics on the site. Before removing art, maybe the thing to do is to be more strict on the fan art, and not upload pics from artist that steal ??

Guys I don't think deleting Pample's gallery will change anything. And also the most important thing was maybe asking Pample first before posting that thread non ?
