I don't really draw, but I would say that the best are the drawings made by hand that are edited and colored on the PC.
But unless you have a drawing tablet (not sure if it's the right word), it's very difficult to draw directly on the PC with a mouse.

Exactely. Every picture I see drawed (especialy Kitty last one) I wonder if it's even possible to do that with a mouse even an optical one.

I don't have a tablet. I wish to get one someday though.
I'd definitely say that computer's do give a wider range for art than just by hand. Colors are always smoother and it's so much easier to fix mistakes. Also there's no mess, unless you eat crumbly food by the computer like I do.

I voted both because I prefer to draw my art by hand then edit it and colur it on my PC, gives you loads of freedom with colours and effects that I'd never be able to achieve by hand and I just like it, I wish I could get a tablet real soon though.

Well, I like to handraw my pics/sketches most of the time and then scan them onto Phtotoshop. Then I do all the coloring and junk to em. But if you can't complete a good hand-drawn picture, then you'd never get them onto Photoshop. So I really like both, but hand-drawn is the basis for computerized drawings, even if you have a tablet. (At least it's that way with me). Tablets are fun, though .
