I believe I used to have them. My vision gets blurred, and it's impossible to think straight. But now I got all that under control since I took a few lessons on meditation.

I only have had a few when I'm around something scary, like in a large crowd, or spiders and bugs. Ohmigawd, I cannot stand bugs and spiders!!!

Oh man, funniest experience ever, sort of a semi-panic attack. So the guy I like surprises me by messaging me while appearing offline, no biggie, huh? Not for me XD. My heart started racing at like a million miles an hour and I was full-on trembling for at least an hour afterwards. Not fun.

Um,cobalt thats actually just being excited,nervous,and happy. I do it too. Haha. Real panic attacks are when you literally freak out so badly you just don't know what to do,what to think and usually start crying,spazzing,screaming,cuddling into a ball etc. I haven't had a real attack in awhile but,darn they are fricken scary. :|

Well, I kinda was cuddling into a ball on my seat and getting extremely flustered, so I count it as one XD
