So what, they wear black clothes, they cut themselves, they're most of the time depressed, but they don't do it for attention, they, most the time, do it for a reason.

Chasity is right. This forum is not for directly offending anyone like that. If you want to offend people, then do it somewhere else. I'm not emo, but I know something that is extremely offensive when I see it.

I don't know that all kids who are into the "emo" thing are into self-mutilation too. That might be an overexaggeration. But it does happen. And not just with kids into the emo thing.

The whole emo thing really weirds me out...the same way the whole "furry" thing weirds me out. It's just how I feel about it all. Weird. However, unlike _Angel_, not only do I not condemn it, I CERTAINLY don't condone such uncouth things thrown at them! They may be into some weird stuff, but they're people too!

I think somebody should delete that post and hope that none of the 'emo' people here see it.

The only thing that scares me about them is how pale their skin is, and the dark clothes makes it stand out more.

Now I'm insulted! Really, did you have to sink THAT low? I mean, I'm not entirely emo, but I'm the closest thing you'll find in a Cathlolic high school! That was just insulting! And if this weren't a kids forum I'd cuss you out.

If you are anything close to emo, and haven't watched the videos yet, I would suggest not to. Some of them are pretty harsh.

As for _Angel_, just ignore him. Obviously he hasn't got anything better to do than insult people.

The harassing of emo people is sick. Let them be themselves. If that's what they want, let them alone. As long as they did it for themselves, and not for or because of someone else.
