But remember, from what we know, she never knew anything about how terrible wolves were, thanks to her father.
And please, you guys: Try to remain on topic. It's about why Aleu hated being part wolf, not why the story for WQ sucked (which IMO, I don't believe it did. Sure, it was quite weak when you first watch it, but after rewatching to the point that you can remember just about every line in the film from memory, you start to like it. I did!).
But you have to remember: genetics is a mysterious thing.
I mean, it wasn't Balto's choice that Aleu was the only one that looked wolfish out of the six pups. (I still think it was all in Aniu's plan . . . I blame her for all of it. Hurrah.) It wasn't Aleu's choice either. She had every right to be angry when Balto told her that she was part wolf - she had been living a lie for as long as she could remember and both of her parents were afraid to tell her the truth sooner, not knowing that she would become a hunter's possible target. And besides, Aleu's a typical teenager, searching for her purpose in the world . . . and now that she knows that her chance of living with a human was slim to nil (and that her father knew all along), what else was she to do but to run away from the only other place that she had ever known? The town didn't want her, so where else was there but the wilderness, right?
So, just give Aleu a break, okay? She was confused and upset - typical teenage angst. We've all seen it before (and probably we've all experienced it at one point or another . . . or you will eventually . . .).

Well, Aleu is just a rude brat. Period.
She showed no respect towards Balto, even when she didn't know she was a wolfdog. I like Kodi way better than her, and I am glad Kodi is mature enough to help Balto towards the end of Wings of Change. The only time you see Aleu giving respect to Balto is at the end. =/

For one, I am mature enough to deal with it. I would show more respect, and not run away, or shout at my father; Telling him that I hate him. And, she was not treated like she was three. She was NOT an adult, or old enough to even lead a pack, truly. She was a teen (Most likely 14 or 13, if human.) .. I can understand her when she is an adult and still getting treated that way, but she isn't, and not old enough to really be on her own - anyways. She wasn't really mature, aswell. Kiara on Lion King got treated the same way, but she was more mature about it, atleast. Kiara was most likely the same age as Aleu, I am guessing.
She was lucky her father let her go with the wolf pack, and lead. Which she really isn't mature enough to do so, but it IS part of the movie. She is pretty rude, too. She was sure rude to Muru, who only said how he loved how wolves sing.

I second that, though it is off-topic XD

... I can only say one thing. In the beginning of the movie, Alue was born and raised in a human sociaty where wolves are feared and hated because they either killed lifestock, stole food, or just the fear that they might attack and/or eat their children. Remember Balto wanted Aleu to live a life where she is "All dog" and not be "different" from the rest of the pups, even though she is different. Heh to be told one day that she have some relation to a race that is considered bad or evil would make even the best person confused and upset. I personally thought that the talk between Batlo and Aleu could have gone better. She did the only thing she knew at the time, and that was to run away. And yes, little to no respect. She didnt accept her wolf side until the end of the movie.
thats all.

Uhhh my God I am SOOO WITH YOU!!!
Alue was 1 month old. When it shows the moon in the night sky which shows the pups growing up. The full moon disappeared, until it became a crescent, until it came full again. Taht shows a month has past, and a mont old is NOT old enough to lead a wolf pack
Watch Cat's Parody. Quote: "Ah! Look! A year has past...but really a month has past but the creators of this movie can't tell the difference...obviously" XDDD Couldn't resist Cat's a genius
She obviously hates wolves because pf their bad reputation. WOlf Quest was badly rushed. The Animators didn't give a monkeys Period

Because it plays an issue with what's real and not real.
