Grace didn't notice him at the spot they were out before, "Rusty!?" Grace called out.
Rusty was out cold with a pool of red saliva next to him.

Rusty lay there limp breathing so faintly it was hardly noticable.
"Go get Ienzo and quick!" Grace demanded shaking Rusty hoping that will awaken him.

Endom shut his eyes tight and started crying. "No... Please don't tell me he's dead..."
Ienzo went up and nudged Grace away. First he put his paw in the pool of saliva and put it by his nose, sniffing. Then he stuck his ear by Rusty's muzzle, barely breathing so he could hear better. "Doesn't smell like blood... He's breathing..." He glanced up. "And there's this bush of red berries." He picked one and sniffed it, nose wrinkling.
