"HEY!" she yelled, "Just because I'm a house doggy doesn't mean I can't be walking with you through the streets," she said and set her head under his.

"On the parts of the street i walk on it surely does." He said, looking down at her. "It's not personal. Honest it ain't. But. Where i'm going, theses street dogs don't like house puppies like you. Alright? I just care too much about you to see you get hurt."

"I'll keep my distance though..." she whined softly.

"No.." Rascal said, looking up as the snow began to fall heavier. "Come on. You're human's are gonna want you home."

Nibiru sighed and looked down, feeling defeat come to her.

Rascal put his nose to hers. "Come on..don't take it to heart.."

"but i still want to come with you," she said and slowly stood up, her mood not lightening when he nosed her.

"I'm real sorry..but you can't.." he said, pausing and then licking her nose. "How about..i come visit you..later...when you're humans are asleep and stuff.."

"You wouldn't come inside," said Nibiru. "And If it snows hard enough, i wouldn't go outside."

"..You..want me to stop by in the morning..? after the snow?" he asked.

"I wanna come with you." she said

"Baby you caaan't." he groaned, he honestly wouldn't mind her coming if her knew she'd be safe. "How about..i make a deal with you. If you go home...then. Once i finish my rounds...i'll come over..and i promise to come inside..okay?"

Nibiru soon thought for a moment then slowly nodded, "Okayy.." she said and then wagged her tail.

"Come on," he nodded. "I walk ya home.."

Nibiru nodded and began to walk home with him.
