"Dude. If Adam said that then it's obvious." Sydney laughed, picking up Rusty and kissing the cat's nose.

"But-But... Leann would never like me?! For one: We're best friends. Two: She's told me what an 'obnoxious player', she thinks I am. And Three: I'm not her type!"

He wasn't sure what she meant before she broke off. 'She "didn't" like, who?' he thought for a moment then looked at her "So what am I supposed to do? I've never had a girl, who I've know my whole life, to suddenly have a crush on me?!" His cheeks turned redder.

"Just go on with life or confront her bro." Sydney said, elbowing Scotty softly as she walked past him to get to Rusty.

Scotty snorted, he knew how awkward things where when girls liked him but never admitted it. And there was no way he was going to confront Leann... he and Adam knew better. At school she hung out with the creepier guys. Never admitting that she knew the school's Romeo, or his hyper active side-kick. Scotty just groaned and decided to go to bed, he could talk to Adam about this tomorrow at school.

Rusty gave a huge yawn as he was carried off to her room...

.::The Next Morning::.

Scotty was down in the living room staring intently at the door. He heard a soft knock and jumped up. he opened the door and found Adam eating standing with a Mcdonald's hash brown. "I know the secret!" Scotty snapped.

Adam coughed getting chocked up on his breakfast.

"Why didn't you tell me?! DO you know how weird this is?!"

"I'm sorry, Scotty! Leann made me swear not to tell! You know if Jasper-"

"I don't give a d*mn about Jasper!" Scotty snapped. Jasper was Leann's EX and was an incredibly jealous soul.

Sydney yawned, hearing all the commotion, and walked downstairs to see Adam and Scotty.
"Hey. You two. Shut up." She growled, stretching. Sydney wore some 'pajama jeans' to sleep in and a camo-green tanktop.

Adam continued to quietly eat his food.

Sydney huffed in annoyance, pulling her hair back into a messy ponytail as she walked into the kitchen to find some breakfast.

"Hey, can we go?" Adam asked making Scotty look at him. "I have morning tutoring and I can't be late... Mrs. Williams will go off if I'm late!"

Scotty sighed "Sure... hey Sis you want a ride to school?!" Scotty called.
