Gatomon quickly dashed away into the trees. She skidded to a halt she neared the Gigimon. Signaling for the others to be silent, she pulled herself forward and peered through the ferns at the Gigimon.
"What are going to do when Cerberumon finds out?! He'll kill us!" One of the Gigimon wailed. The other ignored him but was staring at the empty crate in terror.
Why are just a few Koromon so precious?" She wondered.

Lia, out of scent range with William and Gabumon, motioned for them to run around to be on the other side of the Gigimon. "Once Gatomon gives the signal, make sure to brush against all the noisy bracken you can find! And don't forget to let them get a wiff!" She whispered urgently before vanishing in the direction of the others.
Terriermon and David crouched behind Eiji, Akari, and their Digimon. He held a finger up to his mouth as Lia appeared behind him.

Gatomon waited until she could see Gabumon's splotchy pelt through the ferns before raising her tail high enough for him to see.
Gabumon saw Gatomon's tail high above the ferns and quickly rustled the dried bracken that he stood in front of. No more than five yards away, the Gigimon immediately looked in the direction of the bracken and their faces scrunched up in disgust. "What is that stench?!" The female snarled before coming in their direction. William grabbed Gabumon's arm and they plunged deeper into the forest, the Gigimon just behind them.
"Now!" Gatomon hissed, jumping from the ferns and running over to one of the two crates that were left.

Betamon ran forwards. "Betamon Slugger!" he said, smashing the top of one with his fin.
"Pecking Attack!" called Biyomon, flying forwards and pecking into the same crate as Betamon, breaking into it.

Terriermon and Gatomon were attacking the other crate, breaking it open with ease. "Bunny Blast!" He yelled, blasting the side of the crate with the fireball that erupted from his mouth.
Gatomon helped the four Koromon inside the crate out and ushered them into the ferns where Lia and David were waiting for them. .

Gatomon let go of the ferns just as Biyomon and Betamon made it through. She then broke into a run in the direction of Gabumon and William. She followed the scent for quite a while until she could hear the crashing sounds of the Gigimon tumbling through the forest. Up ahead, Gabumon's pelt flashed through the ferns and she quickly sprinted ahead of all of them, unseen.
Climbing up a tree only yards away from the group, she whisper yelled, "Lighting Claw!" and sliced the branch clear off its perch in the tree. Gabumon and William dashed below and the massive limb fell directly in front of the perusing Gigimon. As they were blocked off from following her friends any longer, Gatomon jumped from the tree and all three of them ran towards the others.

"I think so too, but we better keep going just in case." He whispered back as he fell in step beside Eiji. Terriermon was helping the Koromon stay together, making sure none of them were left behind.
Gatomon, Gabumon, and William burst from the bushes and followed beside the others. "They shouldn't follow us, but we have to be safe." Gatomon said, heading over to Lia.
William took the blanket from Terriermon and wrapped it around Gabumon, quickly drying him off and holding the rather heavy digimon in his arms.
