No, no quotes. it should be so that you understand that Con Dar means Blood Rage and that the women is the Mother confessor Kahlan and that it si only possble for the most powerful confessor to use such magic. Sorry for confusing you xD but I understand that you didn't get it, its not the simplest thing in the world if you dont watch the show.
