"OK, Alex. Before i go and do something stupid, why are you so shocked about me loving her?" he asked not really answering Shay at the moment, he didn't want to worry her if he din't have to.

"Alex ok think like a human for a sec. Lets say you live off of carrots your whole live, then suddenly you see and smell this big steak. I mean sure you want to go after it, but you want to keep it for a secound to make it last. Off of food, while i was "making it last" i relized she was specail, and different. I havn't seen anything like her in over...you know a long time!" He sighed and looked up at the ceiling.

"UHG!" De took a deep breath "Shay, it ment that i might have thought about when i ran into you, but because i realizing your were different and specail i woulndt even think of...eating...you." De actually had to choke out the word eating. "I get it Shay, I'll leave. And you and Komei can do whatever you want just don't hurt her." He pulled up his hood and started walking toward her door ar a slow human pace.

De stopped and turned around "Shay...I think i should leave anyway. Komei is going to hurt you, i odn't know what but he will. If i leave he'll forget about you and just go after me." He looked at the wall as he said this, not wanting to look at her, not wanting to hurt her, or himself.

De hugged her "I don't want to leave, i just want to do what's right Shay." He looked up at Alex "Alex what am going to do?" He asked him nearly a whimper, Dejima was so confused on what he had to do.

"Komei's going to come and search this place, he's going to hurt...." De froze "Zane!" he looked down at Shay "We have to do something. But what?"

"I was the one that gave him his scar, from his face down his chest, i mean i might but last time that was defense so i could run. Why? How will this help Zane?" De asked Shay

"It's not that easy Shay. One i would have to rip him to shreds, one vampire doing that can get himself killed. And if I did kill Komei then the whole coven would come after us." De sighed raking his brain for something they could do.
