Daiku gave a mocking laugh, "I already have to much power Granger! however, I can control it." he said with a chuckle, "unlike you, one who lets himself be controled by other things, suprised your not a subbmissive pet by now seeing as how you give into everything so much." he barked with a chuckle, "I've seen pup's who can control themselves better than you!" he smirked trying to buy a little time. he wanted to finish this without hurting either of them, and he needed to finish his diamond armor to pull that off. suddenly, more diamonds crept up along his current covering, almost having him fully covered, exept for parts of his lower jaw, with a snarl and he got down, his full attention now on Xinal/Grnager, "alright, let's see how much you got." he said and leapt torwards him. knowing fully well most atacks would splinter against his dense armor.

Xinal recalled the durability and strength of the diamond armor Daiku had been molding. "Too bad, I don't have Granger's earth armor. But Xinal's would do." The heat generated by the arching lightning and static cause the air about him to ripple. Some stray leaves were drifting through the air and it passes the invisible 'dome' around the gray wolf. Instantly upon contact the leaves burn up. Xinal watched as Daiku leapt for him.

"Fine then!" He releases a lance of lightning at Daiku aiming for places that have not yet fully been covered by the armor to hopefully arc some electricity into those areas. Should Daiku try and pierce the barrier of electricity, the diamond armor should hold and possibly reflect some energy, however any uncovered fur could be potentially singed and burned.

Leara was still out cold. Anything could happen to her. She depended on the others.

Freya spots Leara's limp figure lying about on the ground. "Leara!" She howls and barks to signal another wolf to come join her. Within moments one lands next to her. "Yes ma'm?"

"Guard this wo-" As Freya gave out her order a small earth pillar pierces her leg and she howls in pain. "Watch that wolf." The alpha limps about to face the incoming wave of attackers.

Daiku snalred and barrelled right into Xinal, not caring how bad it might have hurt him. he just wanted him stopped as he looked twice Xinal's size thanks to his armor. Daiku mercilessly pelted Xinal and shrugged off his electrical atacks, not letting them phase him as he focused a taking him out. fur and spots got singed and burst as he did recieve a few shocks. only making him even more angry."you can't win Granger! Face it!"

Xinal leaped aside only to get stunned by another blow. The gray wolf shook his head and looked up just in time to get barreled down onto the ground. He gasped upon impact having the breath knocked out of him and he looks up into Daiku's eyes. Xinal immediately tries rolling to the side before leaping for the armored wolf aiming a charged claw strike at his head.

Hayumi watched as Freya was injured in the leg, unable to help Leara. "I'm coming!" SHe barked as she raced over to Leara, a great earth spike, one similar to the one that hit Freaya, and stabbed her shoulder, knocking her down to skid until her back hit a tree. The world was fuzzy and meanigless for a few moments, the sounds of the battle were almost completley drowned out but soon they came back to her, including the pain. She stumbled in pain towards Leara and managed to slide her on her back and nudge Freya to where the pack was evacuating to. "Come on, we have no part in the fight any longer.." She mumbled, she wished she could protect Xinal but she knew she couldn't, she would be betraying her whole pack by doing so.

Freya looked back at Hayumi, "As an alpha my duty is on the field. There are still some rebelling wolves that need to be taken care of." She looks risked a glance back at Daiku and Xinal, "As good as that wolf used to be we'll have no choice..." The alpha sent out a portion of her remaining wolves to flee the combat area. They return however only this time surrounding the whole area. "Hayumi, I suggest you leave the area. This is not going to end well."

Hayumi looked at her, her eyes filled with worry. "Please...don't kill him. Kill Granger." She pleaded before stepping back a little and walking along with the rest of the pack that was evacuating, including the den mothers, some of the healers, elders, and pups. Hayumi knew she could stay, but she also knew that the others could use her help. She stretched her wings and flew over the evacuating group.

Daiku snarled and took the hit, but the attack splintered off and hardly did any damage to him. with a recieved hit he turned and swung his arm, uppercutting Xinal right under the chin.

Xinal didn't expect a blow to his chin and when it made contact he flew up into the air and landed on his side. He lay winded there for a few brief moments. His dazed mind tried to sort out what is happening and what to do. This may be a clear opening in Xinal's defenses.

All Leara saw was darkness, and as if she was asleep, she couldn't wake herself up. Suddenly thoughs started flowing into her mind, of the battle, of Freya, Hayumi, Dakiu and Xinal. And in a second, she found herself awake, the noise of the battle getting lounder and louder as she opended her eyes. Suddenly she realized she was in the air. "Ahh! Where am I? " she shouted. "Oh no, I've seen the light... wait, Hayumi, is that you?" she said when she saw she was on a winged wolf's back.

Hayumi chuckled slightly at her reaction "No, no, don't worry, we are just flying." She did a spiral twirl, quick enough so she wouldn't fall off. Hayumi flew a little slower and slightly lower, at cruising speed, and looked behind her at Leara "We are evacuating the rest of the pack further into the trees, near the small brook." She ackwardly look to her side "If..thats alright with you..You were passed out so..I kinda had to make the decision, but if you know anywhere better we can change course quickly." She smiled brightly, attempting to please her.

"Oh, thanks so much!" Leara smiled, and looked down at the group of wolves running below her, and when she look around her she could see other winged wolves flying at their level. "I've always wanted to fly, but I guess the ground is where I'm supposed to stay" Leara kept starring down, lost in the thought of being able to fly.

"If it was my choice, you all could feel the wonders of flying." She smiled, her eyes sparklingw ith the thought of it. "But some, like my father..they think wolves like me are..demons or some sort of evil." Hayumi looked down at the running wolves, they seemed a little frightened and worried. She swooped down a little lower "We are here everyone, you can relax now." She flew around the pack once more to make sure there were no more wolves left behind. Once she saw that they were all together she flew down and carefully Leara on the ground.
