We can meet there probably after the one in Chicago. We just have so many other ideas about where the next one should be...but for now, the first meeting is going to take place in Chicago. We're not going to change that unless we need to.

Here we go again, gosh, UK-US times are even more different than I thought, this is'nt funny anymore *holds back laugh*,

SGA: It's a shame your parents said you can't come, did you explain fully that it's required for at least one Parent/Grandparent or Legal guardian to come with you if you're under 18? We will most likely hold one in the UK after the one in Chicago, France, Italy, Canada and Spain may also be possibilities, ( I live in the UK too, I begged).

Jennawolf: As Kari said we definately won't change from Chicago unless we desperately need to but there will be others in different parts of the USA after the Chicago one (if all goes well, if it's a disater then we won't) and that's mainly because the US is so big.

I think that's all I've got for now, Maya huskee sent me a PM suggesting another hotel so I'll check that one out and get back to all of you.


OH, I almost forgot, I was talking to my mum and I aksed her when the USA the UK and most other places are ALL on summer holidays at the same time and she said August and coz we need a specific date for it how about...

Well, what do you think, I chose Aug 27 coz it's easy to remember, just remove the two 00 out of 2007 and what you got, 27, and I thought 2007 coz people may have forgotten/lost interest by 2008/09, so, how 'bout it?


OK, I got an idea from Dingowolf to make a volunteer list, so any of you organizers that need a hand the following people will be on hand to help. If anyone wants to be a volunteer then PM an organizer (organizer list pg5).

Augest 27th Sounds GREAT. My parents said 'Okay' To That Date. So if its then my parents will say yes

Okay look I live here so if this follows through I can meet you up in downtown and help you gather everything together I know downtown pretty well living here my whole life so if there are any places you guys would like to go let me know and I'll give you the low-down.

And i know a bit aswell, i live by downtown St.Louis and ive been to Chicago.

But its better if its someone who is older and has lived here their whole life.Alot of things change in Chicago, constant construction going on here.

Good idea Drew, plus in order to reserve a hotel for this event the individual will probably have to be 18 or older.

SGA one at a time mate, planning 2 at a time is even more unrealistic then this is already.

It costs at most hotels hundreds of dollars PER NIGHT

How do you expect to get the money from all these people?

Do you know the major liabalites this is even with parents?

Any city you choose this is just unrealistic. Just about everyone is under 18 and rental cars your going to need depending on which hotel you choose. Which is not cheap!

I don't mean to be the one crushing dreams, its a great idea its just not realisticly possible.

So, next year you guys are thinking about having the meeting? In Augest? But I won't be fourteen yet! Not like that would make a difference...><I still don't know if I can go. I'm too afraid to ask my mom, and what she'll say! I'm such a baby, I know. But anyways...I know this is jumping the gun, but I was thinking, if this one was a success, maybe, a few years from now, I could have one in Missouri...But then...Drew is right for the fact that everyone would forget by the time that happened. But I mean when I'm actually 18...Which is some years from now. >< But I do know there are quite a few people on forums who live in Missouri.

I've been to Chicago twice, but once I was too little to remember. I do remember that man-made lake thing, and the building with all this stuff in it. I think maybe once they had a show in it. But these aren't really great places to hold the event.

Gah. I hate being gone so long!! OK....

About that date, could we maybe have it earlier in August? By the 27, which will fall on a Monday, I'll be in school. By 2007, I think I'll be starting school by the 17 of August. (grr) So if we could have it earlier, that'd be great! If not, that's ok, too. (I'll just go to the next one hopefully. )

I really like how #11 turned out. I think the writting I used is perfect for the white wolf, don't ya think?

Kodiwolf- I'll start on your mom and dad's nametags now and hopefully get them to you soon. Although I may wait till a later date to send out the parent's nametags.

For the date and stuff why not do the project during summer everyones school is off or winter... because Winter Holidays and plus everyone loves snow in Chicago so making suggestion...
