"Oh..Kay. See ya Adam, bye Leann." Sydneey said with a half-hearted wave.

(Hey, are Sydney and Scotty twins? O.o)

(huh... I dunno XD I never thought about that before lol)

"Bye Sydney!" Adam said and Leann waved, "Guess what Leann, I can sing for ya' on the ride home!" Adam teased.

Leann groaned "Why do you, have to be my neighbor!" They both headed out to Scotty's car.

Scotty looked at Sydney and grinned "I plan on finding out the secret those two are keeping from me!"

(Cause they're the same age..? and stuff so..L o L)

Sydney laughed and waved another playful goodbye.l

(True... lol ya they're Twins X3)

Scotty walked out and closed the door behind him.

Rusty meowed, casting a round eyed glance up at Sydney.

(Otaaay xD)

Sydney peered down at the cat and kissed his nose.
"You're so cute,"

"Meow!" Rusty replied, lashing his tail playfully.

Sydney put him on the floor for a moment, and ran and got some fishing wire and a sock. She attacthed the sock to the wire and began dragging it around on the floor for Rusty to follow her.

Rusty watched it silently for a moment, confused and fascinated. He dropped into a crouch then lept forward landing on the sock and looking down at it curiously.

"Bye Leann." Scotty and Adam called to their friend as she went walking up toward her small white house.

"Bye guys!" she called back with a smile.

Once she was gone Scotty looked at Adam "What are you guys hiding!" he demanded quietly.

"Scotty, I can't tell you! Leann would stab me with a fork..." he whined.

Scotty blinked, "But, you're my best friends! Why can't you guys tell me."

Adam sighed "Okay Scotty, all I can say is... Alot of girls like you..."

"huh?"

Adam shrugged and walked off, across the street to his house, leaving Scotty unsatisfied with his answer.

Sydney laughed again as she yanked the sock out from under him and took a few slow steps away, making it seem like the sock was moving,

Rusty hissed with surprise and frustration, he then pounced again, this time sinking sharp little claws into the sock.

Sydney proceeded in dragging the sock (an Rusty) around the house with joy.

Rusty released his toy and looked up when Scotty came in, an annoyed look on his face.

"Awh Scotty really?! I was dragging him..around..?what's up?" Sydney asked.

"It's their stupid secret! Adam wouldn't tell me what Leann was hiding, he said, 'if he told Leann would stab him with a fork..." he huffed then shrugged "And then he told me all he could say was alot of girls like me!" Scotty growled.

Sydney nearly burst into laughter.
"Stupid! Leann likes you!" She explained, obviously catching the hidden message.
