Drake stopped and looked back at her. He was confused, he didn't want to stop: he wanted to get rid of them... But then again he didn't, he liked the company of the girls... He didn't wanna sit with her, but at the same time he did... Knowing he couldn't win he turned to walk back to her, painfully taking a seat his legs shaking and giving out as he slumped down on a stump.

Molli looked at Drake carefully, wiping dirt and blood off of her hands as she did so. She couldn't figure him out, but she was deathly curious about what they did to him to break him to this extent. She looked at the broken man, she could relate to the feeling. The emptiness, that feeling of hopelessness. She'd felt that right after her mother was taken, right after everything got worse. Life was funny that way, you'd fight and fight and just as it seemed that everything couldn't get any worse, it did and you were left shattered. Molli stared harder at Drake, her eyes burning into his skin.
"What'd they...do to you.." She asked timidly, like a child asking for candy, knowing the answer would probably be a retort. But her curiosity was getting the best of her.

"Anything they wanted..." He began darkly: "First they just beat me... T-then their was wipping... Electro therapy, icewater therapy.. And branding, russian roullette.." he chuckled quietly "...brainwash... That was the best..." He murrmured, staring off infront of him.

"Brainwash..?" Molli wondered, looking at him with wide eyes. Her hands trembled at the thought of all of those things. The pain, the white hot pain that he must've felt. Molli squeezed her eyes shut, taking in the blackness and feeling her throat dip down with sadness. She wished to offer her some form of comfort.

"Yes." he replied bluntly, not looking at her. Not seeing her reaction to his pain. Whatever that reaction meant. He gave half a cry when another random burst of pain made his body contort, he brought his arms to his chest and closed his eyes as he shook and jerked a bit in agony.

Molli tilted her head up, looking at him with a small frown. She stood and walked around a bit, gathering leaves, cotton, soft plants. She returned at his side, plodding the stuff down and lightly wrapping his bleeding arm with her home made bandages. She didn't ask permission, she just started, applying pressure where is was needed. Eventually the bleeding had stopped. She stood, walking to a river and dampening some cotton. She returned and sat next to Drake again, and began dabbing his split lip and black eyes.

Drake tried to move his head away, her sudden "mother mode" startling him. But he realized it wouldn'T do any good and soo he let her workover his lip and eyes.

Molli's frown deepened and she rocked back on her heels.
"There, all better." She winced at her own words, how many times had she said that to Abby? How many times had her mother said those exact words to her before she died. Molli sat on her bum, finally drained.

Drake didn't say anything more. No thanks, not even a nod. She didn't have to help him, a part deep inside him just wanted her to go away: wanted things to go back to normal, wanted to be left hating Reggie and any feral that crossed his path... but he knew... he'd be miserable that way: "Thank you.." he finally muttered, as sincerely as he could sound, but he still refused to look at her.

Molli barely acknowledged his words, simply nodding and keeping her eyes on the ground. She wondered dimly why Drake was acting so tired and defeated. That wasn't like him in the slightest. She grimaced and looked up at him, thinking of something she could say. Words of encouragement, maybe? A, 'hey things will get better.'? She didn't know. She finally understood, her eyes widening.
"Sorry." She muttered, a whisper. "I'm sorry that I pushed you away. I know you just want to be there for me, I know everything you do is because you want to help me. And I'm sorry that I'm so messed up and that I push everyone away." She looked at her feet. "I didn't know I could hurt you that much." She spat at her own words.

That was the first time all night that Drake seemed to show emotion. His eyes got as wide as they could, hearing her words he finally turned to look at her slowly. He had no reply for that, his mind went blank: empty. "Molli you don't need to apologize to me.." he murrmured.

"But I do," she said quickly, "I shouldn't have hit you when you kissed me. You were just being nice. I don't know how to do that. Accept people's niceness. Just accept the apology, ok?" Molli grumbled.

Drake was quiet as he listened to her he gave a little nod and sighed "Okay... I accept..." He murrmured. He looked back out infron of him and moved to lay his hands flat on the wood, unkowingly on inches from her's.

Molli frowned and looked at the dirt. She was so tired all the time, and so afraid. She leaned into Drake, finally wanting some form of comfort.

"I'm worried for Abby." She muttered.

Drake blinked and looked at her quietly when she leaned into him. He hesitantly wrapped a strong arm around her. Then he spoke "I know... But I'm sure she's fine... She's with Reggie..." He reminded.
