"What?" Setsuko said, still a little distracted. "Oh. Yeah." She sighed. "Just a little homesick." She struggled to keep the pain out of her voice.

"I know how you feel," Rue said, her voice still soft.

Setsuko smiled faintly. "Yeah," She murmured, then rolled onto her side and closed her eyes.

Rue stared out of a window, dusk falling outside. She crawled into her makeshift 'bed', closing her brown eyes.

Setsuko fell asleep quickly. She snoozed contently until sunlight filtered through the cracks if the cabin. "Mmmmff," She mumbled as she sat up, yawing. He stomach gurgled. "Hungry," She murmured. But where was the food? Was there any?

Rue slept on, her breathing pattterns teady and undisturbed.

Setsuko put her hand on the girl. "Rue!" She whispered. "Rue, wake up. We don't have any food." Gee whiz, I sound like Uncle Sokka, Setsuko thought as she spoke.

Rue shot up as Setsuko spoke. "Wha'!" she panted, immediatly awake.

"We don't have any food." Setsuko repeated, glancing around the mostly empty cabin.

"Oh, uh..." Rue thought. "Are there any knives here?" she aske.d

Setsuko stood up and walked to the other side of the cabin, looking at the selection of silverware that they found. Finding a rusted, but sharp, knife, she trotted back over to Rue, handing it to her.

Rue gripped the knife. "I guess we'll have to hunt then," she said.

"You use the knife in the forest, I'm no good at forest hunting. But,' She grinned adventurously, "I can fish, and so can Jaci. I'll meet you back here in about 15 minutes, ok?"

"Okay," ue agrred getting up.

Setsuko moved over to Jaci. "Jaci, wake!" The Blue Lion stirred, groaning irritably. "Jaci, fish. We're going fishing." At the word 'fish', Jaci was up and ready to go, excitement glistening in his golden feline eyes. "Alright, let's go!" Setsuko instructed, exiting the cabin and head towards the lake. Jaci followed willingly.
