I cant take a screenshot, i've just gotten a new comp and havn't figured it out yet, and I use windows internet explorer

I'm getting a bug with private messages. I'm not able to send private messages or reply to them. This is really annoying, because as a mod I sent a warning to a member that most likely never got it. I just replied to a pm and checked to see if it sent, and it never did. (The blue arrow never appeared.) When I send or reply to a pm, the page becomes blank except for the banner and the heading "Send Private Messages". (This is happening on TLKS, by the way.)
