OOC: Rescue Teams I think.
Turtwig blinked. "Smell him?" he asked, though he did smell a bit of a foul smell.
Skuntank came down the stairs and almost ran into Jessie. "Out of my way!" he yelled, before she could respond, he pointed his tail tip in her face and sprayed an absolutely horrid smell right in her face.
Golbat covered her nose when she saw Skuntank put his tail in Jessie's face and laughed.

"Jessie!" yelled Turtwig concerned for his friend before he smelled the horrid stench, it made his eyes water. "Oh that stinks!" he exclaimed, covering his nose with his vines, the other Guild Members present were reacting appropratally as well, though Chatot and Wigglytuff were both down stairs at the time.
"Out of the way runt or you'll end up like your friend." said Skuntank.
Turtwig tried to stand his ground but with Jessie down for the count at the moment, his courage didn't fair as well and he got out of Skuntank's way, ashamed of himself and it showed.
Skuntank walked over to his menions. "Chicken's smarter than he looks." he mocked before looking back to Weezing and Golbat. "So got anything?" he said.

Golbat used Glare on Turtwig, paralyzing him with fear, as the attack did.
"Now are you going to get out of our way, or is your little chicken of a friend going to get fried?" asked Skuntank, a small flame on the tip of his tail pointed at Turtwig, who couldn't move. He didn't intend to hurt the pokemon but he knew Jessie cared too much about him to risk it.

Golbat left first. Skuntank laughed at them and left.
Turtwig's paralyzsis wore off and he turned to Jessie, tears in his eyes. He obviously felt ashamed of himself. "I'm sorry Jessie...I'm a coward...a chicken...I'm sorry." he said and ran up the ladder and set on the cliff, crying, he felt so ashamed of himself.
OOC: Adding some more drama to the scene than the original verson.

Turtwig was crying. He looked at old, barely noticable scars on this shell but that didn't compare to the metal scar he'd had for a long time, the same ones that made him so easily frightened. "I'm such a coward! Why?!"

Turtwig was suprised but reassured by her. "You...you make me brave." he said. "No one ever made me feel brave like I do around you..." he said. "Do you feel...feel the marks on my shell?" he asked, wanting to open up to her.

"My...my father did that to me..." said Turtwig. "He was a Venusaur, he was cruel." he said, tears forming. "He'd beat me...and my mom...whenever he got mad...he always called me a spineless coward..." he said, obviously deeply hurt by what his father had done. "I had...I had to watch him beat my mother, Torterra." he said, tears flowing and starting to sobb.

OOC: He escapes jail later, Dusknoir lets him out.
Turtwig returned the hug, crying on her shoulder. "One day...my dad got so mad...he almost killed me." he said, obviously particularally tramatized by that event as he continued the story. "Mom...she snapped and finally stood up to him...she protected me...she knocked him out with a Hyper Beam, move she'd learned behind his back." he said. "He was arrested...I never saw him again...and this is the first time I've ever talked about it." he said, smiling up at her. "And...it feels good to be able to tell someone that cares about me...thank you, you give me courage." he said. "I'll always have your back for that." he said, tears of joy now in his eyes.
