Kisasi ran as fast as he could, following Hatima's scent trail. Finally he saw the jungle she had talked about in the distance and he kept running until he reached it. When he got there, he realized that he had no idea where Hatima was in the jungle.

Karani made up her mind, she thought she'd try out life in the new pride and if she didn't like it, she'd come back. She sprinted after Kisasi (his scent.).

Karani stepped into the jungle, she thought she could smell him, but lost it. She turned to walk back, but realised she was lost. "HELP!!" She cried miserably, "KISASI, PLEASE, HELP!!"

Kisasi burst into a clearing and he could tell that Karani had been there a moment before. "Karani!" He yelled, trying to pick up her scent through all the humid air in the jungle.

Karani ran she could see a small ledge through the leaves, she went to jump it but realised how big it actually was, she just reached the other side but she was hanging onto the other side for dear life.

Finally, Kisasi picked up Karani's scent and bolted after it through the trees. "Karani!!" He yelled as he ran, panicking now.

Karani started to slip, she couldn't turn to look at them, but she could hear and smell them on the distant over side of the ledge, she slipped further. She looked down, she could see swirling water that looked like it was full of debris and logs, she gulped, she dug her claws in, she took one paw out so she could climb higher, but she just slipped further...
