Sadie woke up to thuds and a swishing sound above her head. Her golden body immediatly tensed as she turned her head, brown eyes widening as she saw the humans surrounding them.

Loki growled as he saw humans around them, "Run!" he yelped, suddenly, trying to run off, but making sure Sadie and Abby got a head start.

Sadie stayed beside Loki, running with him, panic and adrenaline coursing through her. She fel hands close around her, and she yelped, snapping at them, only to have a muzzle put on her. She writhed in their grasp, heart pounding, willing to do anything to escape.

Loki turned around and tried to bite one of the men after they captured Sadie. He showed his teeth. "Go sis, we'll be there in a second!" he growled.
Loki yelped as a man grabbed him with one of their sticks with a loop on the ends, and choked him trying to get him to the cages.

Sadie was slammed into a cage, adn she lay there still for a moment, stunned and breathless. She regained her breath with wheezes and stood up, throwng herself at the bars in a vain attempt to get out.

Loki was in the same cage as Sadie, "We're going to die..." he whispered to himself, audible only if one was listening very well, "We're going to die..."

Sadei didn't catch the words. She began to ache as she imapcted with the metal again and again and stopped, panting heavily, fear showing her deep brown eyes. "We have to get out of here," she said desperatly

"I know..." Loki said, in an unusual worried tone.

The truck started up and got ready to drive off.
Abby tried to chase after it, once it started off, and the humans were inside it. She made it all the way to the junkyard's fence before she had to stop.

How are we gonna do it? We're backed up against a wall," Sadie said.

"I don't know..." Loki said, in a depressed tone.

"Maybe the truck will crash and the cages will suddenly open or something," sadie said dully, a hint of sarcams tainting her words

Loki tried to stand up and pace around the cages, but he couldn't, so he just wagged his tail in a frightened way. "At least we could enjoy our last moments together..."

Sadie sighed. "I don't think I can even do that," she said depressedly. She nosed the latch in vain. IT didn't budge.

Loki layed down, and put his head on his paws. "Well, maybe they'll think we're dogs. it could happen..." he said, trying to cheer Sadie up.

"I bet if they knew we were dogs we wouldn;t be here," Sadie said, refusing to be comforted.
