Archie growled and pulled his sword out of the sheath attached to his horse's girth, then jumped off Nightmare and ran for Ryan. He grabbed him and held his hands behind his back, pressing the sword against his neck. "You wanna die, Sir Ryan?" then chuckled evilly.
Rayna was creeping up behind Archie without him knowing, holding a heavy rock and bouncing it in the palm of her hand, ready to whack Archie a good one with it.
Archie whirled around, letting go of Ryan, but then wrapping his arm around Rayna's neck and holding his sword towards her heart. Rayna tried to pull his arm off, but he held tight, choking her. Archie laughed and turned to Ryan. "She thought she was gonna kill me!" he laughed like it was the funniest thing in the world. "And now-" More hyena-like laughter, "Now I'm gonna kill her!"

Ryan quickly raised the arrow he was still holding to Archie, unthinkingly jabbing him in the stomach with it. Sickened, he pulled it out with a sick sounding squish, pulling Rayna away from him as Archie was imediatly blood-stained.

Archie gasped and fell to his knees when the arrowhead sliced into his stomach. He fell over on his side, coughing blood and clutching onto the ground to try and stand back up. But he couldn't. He collapsed and stopped moving entirely.
Rayna ran back to Ryan's side, watching Archie squirm then cease movement. She watched in horror as the blood he couched up ran like a river to her feet. She covered her mouth, wide open in terror, then buried her face on Ryan's shoulder.

Ooc:// Poor Archie...but you have to admit, revenge is sweet. If slightly bitter.
Ryan placed an arm around her, wide eyed and horrified at what her had done. HE hadn't even thought about it..he did it instinctivily. "Is he..." he swallowed hard. "Dead?"

"Hard to tell." answered Rayna. "No matter how evil he is, we should bring him to the hospital. It's only the right thing to do."

"We can just lay him on his horse." suggested Rayna, taking hold of Nightmare's reigns and straightening the saddle. "It's much easier. And are you all right?"

"I-I don't know," Ryan muttered. He lifted Archie onto the horse, laying him across the saddle gently. Blood soaked his hands as he touched him.

Rayna looked at him quizzically. "He could be saved, though." she suggested. "The doctors hired for the royal family are the best of their kind."

Rayna led the horse to the castle yard and spotted her father. "Dad!" she called, picking up her pace. "Get the doctor!"

Ryan shifted Archie on the saddle gently, the wound pouring out blood more quickly at the movement.

"Put pressure on the wound, and the bleeding will stop." suggested Rayna.
