there are several pictures that he's in but they don't show on his page, and he isn't the only character.

I can see them, you just have to click on "2" to get to the second page. The "real" bug would be that the "Next" button should appear, but isn't.

I can't change my avatar or send PM's.
This is what I get everytime I try to change my avatar.

Looks like it's just not loading completely on your side. It's fine here.

This has been happening to me too. I can't edit my presentation, and what comes up looks similar to that.

On double-checking, I've got the problem now too - it effects avatars, presentation, profile, comments and PMs. You can't change avatars/profile/presentation and comments and PMs sometimes don't appear to send or sent multiple copies. All this since last night, so whatever change you've made steet, it's completely mucked things up.

Everything works for me Oo Even when it first started happening. Just when I send a comment or PM, I get that cut in half page, but the comment or PM sends.

EDIT: Okay, so I lied. I can't edit my profile.

I uploaded a drawing of Balto for my first fanart and I chose Balto as the character but when i press save it says "this is your first fanart your drawing must be of an original Balto character please choos a character."But I did I chose Balto!
please help:)

and also when im on the site for a while it signs me out automatically :S

Now, you have even more problems... I can send PMs on site but new PMs don't show up on the forum.

Not a new problem, but yes, I'll have to check that one day...

I have corrected the "resubmit" problem for characters deactivated.
However I wasn't able to reproduce the other problems stated (profile edit, sending avatars...) - can you?
