Tad sanrled at the bird who was hurting Thumper and joined in the fight. Once more fur and feathers flew. He grabbed on the leg of the hawk, who dragged Tad around. Tad didnt elt go.

Her eyes crossed as the hawk swiped across her nose. She lunged forwarfd agian, stealing it from tad and snapping it's neck. She only then noticed the orange band on it's leg. "Oh no." It was her owners' bird - A messenger hawk.

"No, uhh, err, we btoh tried to kill the masters hawk, and sucseeded!" Tad said franticly, running around in circles. "If I cant survive, whos will bem umm... uhh.. lets change the subject and flee before the master sees us with his dead bird!" Tad said, running off.

"Uh oh," Midnight whimpered. "Ok, ok guys! CALM DOWN!!!" she screamed, so loud that everybody stopped dead in their tracks. "Now, let's all stop and think. Ok, so. We likked the bird, a messenger bird, and now we have to fess up. Now, wait, oh my gosh! a letter! Should we read it?" she said cautiously.

She was whining, here face was alll torn up, from the tips of her ears, the her ribs. She was TORN UP. " No, We should NOT." She said.
