Floatzel shook his head and said "There is nothing to be sorry about. If I was in your paws, I would be even worse than you are now." He turned to Aunt Kangaskhan and said sadly "Luxio got infected by REAPR somehow earlier this morning or even late last night. But she became deathly sick instead of being possessed. Lucario and I had to go to the lake near here that held the rampaging Gyarados who was infected with the REAPR to get a flower that healed Luxio. I believe that it got to her to try to get me out of the picture for good because if it wasn't for Lucario I would have been finished for good and Luxio, dare I say it, would have been in the same boat. I am just glad that she was there and that she evolved when she did because any sooner than she did evolve the REAPR would have found out about it somehow and take necessary measures to eliminate both of us along with Luxio. I am just devastated just thinking about what I did to poor Luxio."

Floatzel shook his head and said "If I didn't know her, though, then she would have been fine, Aunt Kangaskhan. What would I have done to myself if it was Lucario there instead of Luxio? Would I have had the strength to go save her and if I did have the strength then what? What would have done about the Gyarados? This is all my fault. I am sorry that I am breaking down like this though. I should be stronger than this but I'm not. Anyways, is there any measures that we can take to protect the town? This shouldn't happen to any other Pokemon in town. And what about security measures against Pokemon that have been infected with REAPR? Is there any way that we can put up defensive strategical measures against it in and around town?"

"Don't blame yourself, it doesn't matter WHY REAPR targeted her, what matters is that it CHOSE to, you didn't infect her in anyway yourself. REAPR chose to target your loved ones, that's a dirty, evil trick. You need to see that. You didn't do anything wrong. You shouldn't blame yourself."

Kangaskhan nodded. "Well, I'm afraid that's not so easy, my dear," she said. "You see, REAPR is a virus, that's not an easy enemy to protect against. If we knew how it spread, then that'd be easier. We thought it could only spread through contact, but Luxio wasn't near an infected Pokemon, was she?"

Floatzel shook his head and said "What if its airborne? Is there anything that we can protect against that? And what about vaccinations for the whole town. That should protect the town's residents from being infected and could the cops start patrolling the town? That way the town would be able to be protected from most dangerous Pokemon and the rest of the Pokemon that the police can't handle the policemen and policewomen can notify the rest of the town to seek shelter."
