Alright, we'll take that into consideration. Any help is welcome with open arms.

If it's in 2009, well, that's the year I graduate from High school, and with luck, I'll be going to college there. 2008, uh, I wish I could go, but there is, *sigh* the factor of my parents. I mean, I would be able to drive by myself, but who knows what they would say to a meeting up there (I live in Missouri, but I won't specify which city) with a bunch of people I don't know on a personal level... I really want to go!!!!!!!!!!!!howl.gif

2009 would be great, me and my friends are already going out that way then, But I could Drive there in 2007. But 2008 sounds good, 2009 still sounds better but the wait will be too long.

Don't worry about it if you can't make it. We understand that not everyone can make it to every meeting. But be sure to remember that this isn't going to be our only meeting. We're going to have a lot of them all around the world. Maybe you could make it to a different one if it takes place close to where you live.

That's why it would be good to have one in the South, West, North East and Mid America. We'd just have to find out where they would all be.

Yeah, 2009 does seem a bit long, and Drew is right, we don't know who'll be here still and who won't be here, so 2007, 2008 would probably be a better idea in the long run.

Swords of the wolves: We have said that we recommend you bring a parent(s) with you, 1, so that they feel safer about you coming and, 2, a lot of adults there means that...bad people, would'nt be as attracted to us as they might be without our parents there, more adults means a safer environment for everybody, as I've said before, I really would'nt want anyone to go missing or get hurt so, bringing parents is a recommendation.

I really suggest 2007 by even 2008 who knows who will be here or not once you get past 2008 planning this is going to be basically unrealistic. Everyone will have forgotten about it by then.

I have an idea. What if we made it a requirement? It would make things much easier, and it would ensure the safety of the people who attend.

Well shouldnt we do that for the people under 18? Because by then you may not be living with your parents and you wouldnt want them coming, I think everyone under 18 should have a parent there too.

Perfect, if we mix your idea with kari's it works perfectly, all people attending that are under 18 years of age must be accompanied by at least one parent/legal guardian.

I think it's a wonderful idea, nice one you guys.

That is a brillant idea!! Very good thinking. It shall be a lot safer for the younger members.

I have just gotten info. from DrewTheWolf. Drew said whatever we do, don't go to the W Hotel as it doubles as a night club... So that one is out of the question.

I went to the Palmer House Hitlton Hotel when i was in chicago.Its a great hotel. And no matter what my parents are coming considering the fact im only 10.

Seeing as how KodiWolfl has given us a name of a hotel, I have done some looking around on the internet. And I like what I found!! I'll post some links to the sites I went to:

-Palmer House Hotel *This one has pictures and IT LOOKS WONDERFUL!!! Just take a look and see what I mean!

-Directions ect *this is wonderful for everyone who is gonna fly in.

-Nother Site *yep, another one that could be of some help for looking up info about this hotel

That should be good for now.

And during my 'research', I descovered the following about this hotel:
-It seems to have a high satisfaction level
-It is located in the Loop/Grant Park area (don't know what that is)
-Has the following amenities (that we could get use of):
~~ lounge
~~ meeting/banquet room
~~ outdoor pool
~~ resturant
there is more, but I don't want to take up all that space to list it.

This is a site that has hotels in and around Chicago and should be on some great help to us. If I have time later, I'll go through it and take a look more, but everyone else is welcome to, too!

I have added a pole to my topic for nametags. You can vote on your fave. SO FAR. I'm not done yet, but I just want to know the design that people like most. So come vote!!

Not that this is a bad idea or anything, but do you think a site run by kids/teenagers is going to be able to do something like this? It's not like just some field trip, If we were to do this, there'd be people from all different locations flying in. Well, coming. Given that they have been allowed to come. I'd imagine it'd be bit of a drag, if this happened and only like 4 or 5 people showed up. yea, it'd be kool to meet some BS members in real life, but what exactly would there be to do? We'd probably have to rent numerous hotels(or motels. Can never remember the difference) and if this turned out to be really dull, well, that's money wasted.

Not saying this is a bad idea, im just saying that it's going to be a ton of planning. And I can guarantee that it will not be cheap.
