Oh Gawd. xD The Trooper's head flew off... LMFAO!

The code clicked in, and the door opened slowly. The power within the hold was still beyond repair, which meant it was relatively hard to see in front of you, but as light peeked through and spread from the entrance, a sound like a faint, weakend cough could be heard.

Greene cautiously entered the room, gun pointed, his finger on the trigger, itching to shoot someone for taking Haruki.
"Haruki?" He called out, looking around the dim room.

"...?! ...Gre—..." a voice barely called, its voice distorted and weakened, though similar all the same. It was hard to see which direction it came from, but here and there could be found puddles of blood...

Greene stepped in one of the poodles of blood and frowned, worry crossing over his face. he hurried into the room Haruki was in and gasped quietly, lowering his gun.
"Ho-Ly shi*."

"...Gre... Wh-Where... ... ...you...?" came Haruki's voice, unable to open his eyes. "...Ba... by..."

Greene rushed over, tears pricking his eyes.
"What..what did he do to you!?"

Haruki, upon hearing Greene's question, had not the energy left to respond. He could barely speak to begin with, and simply shook his head at the thought of remembering Darth Vader. He hung there, his heart heavy as his eyes refused to open. He wanted to see the one he was so madly in love with; he wanted to look into the eyes of the person whom he had clung to life just to see once more.

...And he was standing right in front of him. It was none other than Greene...

Klick!

Since all the power in this place was now devoid of energy, the electricity keeping the Furry's braces clamped together undid themselves, and Haruki fell below, into Greene's warm and strong arms...

Ahh...

Haruki, his face marred by tears and stained with blood, desired to see so strong that no pain could restrain him any longer. Forcing his eyes to open, as he slowly regained his vision, he saw Greene's face. That carefree, handsome face...
"...Yo-You're... s-so... beauti... ful... honey..." Haruki choked, a smile faintly forming over his face as he forced his paw forward, resting it against the back of Greene's neck. Though near death, he was in a tender moment; the black and white Furry's deep, brown eyes looked into Greene's endearingly. He wished this moment would have lasted forever...

"Breautiful? That's a new one." Greene said with a chuckled, shifting Haruki in his arms so he was holding him bridal style.
"I wonder if Cell'll let us take him back and then do level two later.." Pat wondered aloud.

"No..." Haruki coughed, "...you guys gotta... stop... Vader..." he said weakly. "He's... using the ener... gy of ev'ryone... for... ...Deathstar... He wants t'... oppose all... else in the gal... axy..." he whimpered, his breaths coming heavy and slower now. He looked up to Greene in that moment, but even as he was cradled by his warm arms, Haruki's body was quickly growing numb and cold. He chuckled silently, but it seemed the more he looked at the green wolf, the harder it was to hold back the emotion he felt inside as tears streamed down his face.
"Pat... Greene... This is... good-bye..." he weeped as he felt his life slipping away, though even now he wore a smile on his face. He wouldn't last much longer, so pushing forth every last ounce of strength left in his body, he moved his head forward and closer to Greene's—and kissed him on the muzzle!

As he embraced him, he wanted to tell him the three words that mattered the most. But he was wrought with pain; he had not the energy to utter another word. His mouth left Greene's, but as his head slowly began to swing back, he moved his lips in such a way that you could read what he was trying to say.

I love you...

Haruki's body grew colder and colder by the second, and his beautiful, dark brown eyes gradually turned a darkened gray. All the things they've been through would fade into day; like burning ambers in a field of orange. Though those memories would never be forgotten...

He was gone; Haruki was dead.




Greene yelped as they landed and looked around before laughing at Haruki.
"Bro. You are ontop of me like, 24/7!" He teased.
"I know. That's 'cause I can't get enough of you, duude!" Haruki vigorously exclaimed, shoving his head roughly into the green Furry's chest. "...But where are we, anyhoo?" he asked.




"...Did you really just attempt to fight back? Foolish boy..." Ghirahim scowled, scrolling his eyes over to Greene. As he walked nearer to the Furry, his steps slow and quietened, he delivered a strong kick, sending him sprawling against the wall.

"You should learn to play dead like the cur you are!"
"Don't... touch him..." Haruki tried, his words uttered in little more than a whisper.

Ghirahim, tired of playing around, gripped the fur around Greene's neck and hoisted him into the air. His other hand which held the black and foreign blade would... do the rest.

"See what it means to oppose m--"
"NOOOO!!" the black and white Furry cried, thrusting his sword through Ghirahim's chest.
"MM?!-- AAAGH!" Ghirahim gasped in pain, reeling backwards until he, himself, was pushed against a wall.

In the Trial of Games, the more lives you lose, the less strength you have left--even when you are revived. That is simply how it works, for once you are depleted of the preternatural energy you have from the start, the Games begin drawing from your real energy--delving into the very pits of one's soul.

Then how... did Haruki...?

"This is a mistake... A child like you... Could never..." Ghirahim choked, holding his chest. Haruki's Magic Sword rested through his chest still.

Greene's eyes widened and he felt Haruki fall limp in his arms, and so many feelings ran through him.
"Haruki?" Pat asked, poking the furry in the arm.
"Harukiiii!?"
"Fu** HE'S DEAD!" Greene cried, laying his best friend on the ground, fury boiling in his blood.

The chamber door opened then, and in walked Z'reoth. As soon as he saw the scene laid out before him, he stared on...

This was exactly he was trying to prevent...

"What... what is going on..." he said, his face filled with absolute shock as tears ran down his face. "...WHAT IS GOING ON?!?"

"Haruki's dead.." pat said, and Greene just stared down at the body, quiet as a mouse.

Z'reoth fell to his knees, his hood flung from his face as he gouged his dirty fists into his tear-stained eyes.
"I... have failed! I... HAVE FAILED...!" the pale youth wailed, his voice filled with fury as his blood boiled hot with rage. In the turmoil he was led face, of the many hardships he had endured, nothing had hurt him worse than this, and in the insecurity he now felt, he did not know which emotion to turn to. He wanted to scream; he wanted to sob in anguish at the loss of someone so close to him, but now was not the time for mourning.

After a time, he stood up on his own two feet, and pulling his hood over his head again, looked to both Furries, his eyes burning with a flaming resolve.
"Pat... Greene... We must take leave of this place and halt Darth Vader where he lay." Z'reoth warned in his rich accent. "If made to move, he will take action; utilizing the energy he siphoned out of his captives, he will import them into the power core of the Deathstar: the Empyreal Relic. The same item you two seek in this twisted scavanger hunt.
"But it will not stop there. Once he attains maximum power at his disposal withal, not a soul in the universe will be able to deny him; he will be able to gather all the answers he seeks. He will learn of the Trial of Games; he will predetermine the writ of its history; he will become the new Gamemaster... And he will destroy us all, and have his darkest wish granted..."

"Okay too many bug words bro!" Pat huffed, and then sighed.
"Me remote don't work against bosses..so its up to your and Greene." The grey furry sighed, turning to look at his friend who had seemingly vanished...!

Greene stormed the halls of the deatstar, shooting anyone who go in his way. He had the path to Vader's spit memorized and he practically kicked down the door, revealing Lord Vader inside.

"Greene! Greene?!?" Z'reoth panicked, looking around only to see Haruki's lifeless body laying alone. He really had vanished.

"That aisine fool! Challenging Lord Vader alone will only invite his own demise!" he scoffed, shaking his head. He would not brook losing another companion in this day, however. He ran to Haruki's side, and with much effort, hoisted the Furry over his shoulder.
"Errh... Put on some weight since I last saw you, eh Haru?" Z'reoth muttered under his breath, regretting that the wolf had such a large rump. "Come, pat. We've no time to lose!" he instructed, running out the door in pursuit of Greene.




The room was dark, and only by the grace of the stars from the gigantic windows withal was their light in the chamber. It was a circular room, with many control centers and strange arrays of technology dotting the sides. To the left, an elevator prevailed that led to the Deathstar's power source - the Empyreal Relic of which Z'reoth spoke.

Darth Vader, in the midst of the room, stood with his backed turned even as the doors behind him were forced open by the green Furry, fully aware. Several Clone Troopers aimed their guns at him, but with the rise of a hand, the dark lord instructed them to halt. Following orders, the Troopers cleared out of the room.

"Bloodlust burns in you. To let your hatred consume you is foolish..." the lord said, turning to face Greene. In his hand... he held Haruki's Magic Sword!
"And all for the sake of one so powerless... Pitiful." Darth Vader mocked, shattering the sword asunder and into tiny fragments. All seemed to flow in slow motion as the hilt and broken pieces of steel fell to the floor.

Haruki's memory... tarnished!

"You are much the same. You stand opposed to me, just like he once had, and your life will end just the same." Darth Vader boomed, his voice filled with a terrible darkness as he unsheathed his crimson lightsaber...
"Do not underestimate the power of the Dark Side."
