Scarlett kind of frowned on that remark because she was new to the sled dog team and everything. "Do you trust anyone?" She asked in concern for him.

"I can still trust Kodi and Mika. Kodi just asked me if I could be in the race. I needed to think about it i don't want to go through what i did again. If i di it again they will notice in a instant." he explained "I had a bad limp and the musher started realizing it and check what was wrong with me and saw my paw was twisted. Lucky we where just outside of nome." he added.

"Oh!" She said to him as she sat down near a bench outside the local barber shop. "I thought we were doing a race. But I guess not!" She said to him and put her head down in shame.

"What are you talking about the musher is going to need someone Scarlet. I'm still just thinking about it we still have another 4 days before the race is even here. Just calm down. You need someone to talk too, I've been watching you lately and you really haven't been doing the best that you've used to." he explained.

Scarlett frown even more. "Because this the time of the year when my master was killed in a car accident." She said and started to cry. "I have no one here for me." She explained.

Phali told her, "It's ok Scarlet, it's ok." Trying to make her calm down he hated to see people cry.

Scarlett started to calm down, but couldn't see anyone right now. She ran off into the woods not caring were she went.
