Lyric leaned against the doorframe between the kitchen and the living room, watching the kids and Shen. She was looking down, thinking.

Prince laughed. "Alright Shen," he said as he picked up the dog, who still wriggled in excitedly. Prince set the dog on the floor but Shen instantly jumped back onto the couch with the kids.
Prince pointed down th hall where there was an opened door. "Alright Mello there's a bed room there," he turned and pointed to another room. "The bathroom's there." Prince paused. "Geeze TJ didn't change this house too much..." he said, referring to his friend.

Warbler coddled Shen around her waist and Mello followed Prince's pointing, immediantly memorizing all exits in the house. Warbler randomly squealed, and when Mello looked over, she was being pinned by Shen and was being given a tounge bath.
"Stoppit im clean!! IM CLEAN SHEN!!!" She laughed hysterically, finally getting Shen to sit beside her.
"I wish i could stay here too...." She said with a bright smile.

"Eh..." Lyric looked up at Prince, then back to Warbler. "Sorry, Warbs," she smiled slightly. "ya can't." She chuckled and walked over to Warbler and sat on the couch next to her, beginning to pet the dog.

Shen paused quietly and had a blank stare for a moment and then with one motion Shen jumped on top of Lyric.
"This place is pretty tight," Prince said. "No one can get in here without TJ gettin an alert on his phone. If anything happens he'll call me and i'll be her in minutes flat."

Warbler frowned at Lyrics comment, and hung her head, and Mello did the same. However, when Shen pounced on Lyric, she cracked up more.
"So..i CAN stay??" She asked excitedly.

"OOOF! Ow, Shen!" Lyric laughed and pet the dog completely calm. "Your.." He pushes her over a bit,moving her. "..There."

"No Warbs," Prince answered her. "You can't stay here."
Shen wagged her tail-less butt excitedly as she licked at Lyric's face.

Warbler's shoulders fell, and she looked like a dying flower as she looked at Shen, and Mello, and then the house.
"Why not?" She begged, hugging Shen happily, then receiving a thorough face-licking as well.

Lyric looked up at Prince.
"Cause you..." she stopped and looked down, thinking. She couldn't think of a reason she couldn't stay.

"Cause it's..."Prince was trying to find the right word. "Inappropriate. To stay her with him that is." He stated, folded his arms. "But you're more then welcomed to come here and play as often as you want."

"BUT PRIIIINCE!" She huffed, her brow furrowning angrily. She frowned. "How is it 'nnapropriate?" She asked, crossing her arms.

"A guy and a girl...together in a house not married is just..not right. It's...." she stopped, thinking.

"Because. I said so." Prince stated, deciding that he won the argument.

Warbler growled angrily. "BUT WE'RE NOT LIKE THAT!!!!" She barked at suprising loudness, and stood and ran into a room and locked the door.
