Ooc:// Time to bring in Sukai and Kyle.

"Cool," Jarret said, grinning.

Sukai wrapped her arms around her, a strong wind whipping her hair across her face. She let her arms drop, wiping the strands away. "Something wrong, Kyle?" she asked softly, her head cocking to one side as she looked at her friend.

"Nah, I'm fine," Kyle said, shaking his head. He had had one of his rare moments were he had been lost in thought, seemingly in a trance. He blinked, then grinned at her.

Eiji blinked. "Gills?" he asked. "Well good to see that you're on our side."

"Thanks, but can you explain what's happened to me?" asked Jarret.

OOC: How would I interact with them?

Ooc:// I'm going to have them meet up with Mary, Eiji, etc. in a little bit.

Mary wasn't sure she would be able to explain this the best, and just looked at Eiji, waiting for his reply.

"You sure?" Sukai asked.

"I'm sure," Kyle replied. "I just spaced out for a minute." Silence filled the air between them, not an unuaual occurance when with Sukai.

"So..." Kyle said slowly, wanting to break the silence. "Wnat to go get some coffee, or something?" he suggested.

Sukai shrugged. "Sure," she said, speaking in the same soft voice. Soon, they were walking again, but with styrofoam cups of coffee held in their hands.

"Correct." said a deep voice from a building nearby. A man wearing pitchblack clothes stood, his hair long and red.

Eiji backed up. "Whose that?"

Jarret suddenly felt afraid of this man, he didn't know who it was, but he sensed an evil power coming from him, something indescribible.

OOC: Jared and Mary feel the same as Jarret. The Overlord of Darkness isn't actuelly evil, he cares for mankind, but he doesn't want them to become strong enough to resist his power.

Can't find a picture of the Overlord. Strangely, despite the fact he's defiently male, what I've seen of him looks female...

"Who are you?" asked Eiji.

"I am the Overlord of Darkness." said the man. "One of two twin entities that created mankind in ancient times. You wonder why the Lords are after the Seeds of Agito?"

"Lords?" asked Eiji. "Who do you mean?"

"The beings you dub the Unknown." said the Overlord. "I created them because my brother, the Overlord of Light, in his dieing moments, send out his escience to our creations, so that they may someday evolve to the point that they could oppose my power."

OOC: The Overlords are actuelly children of a tribe called the Linto, which in Kuuga were humanity's ancestors. So it may not litterally mean that the Overlords are the creators of humanity but are their common ancestors.

"You made the Unknown?" asked Eiji. He raised his gun at the man, whose eyes glowed, causing the Scorpion's gun caterage to fall out. "What?"

"You're fortunate human, I'm incable of killing a human, and my creations are forbidden from killing a normal human, unless its murderer." said the Overlord. "But be warned, there are those among them that are allowed to break the taboo." he said, vanishing in an orb of light.

OOC: If a Lord kills a normal human, the Overlord forces them to kill themselves. And in the series, he personally kill one person and it sends him into shock that keeps him behind the scenes for quite awhile.
