Erin layed there, limp, bouncing with every step. She felt her strength return, and dropped to the ground. Morphing into panther form for more speed, she ran along beside the others, panting. They had to get away.

Dakota colapsed in exhaustion. Aparently, turning from cougar to human took a lot of her energie. She lay on the ground and slowly morphed back into a cougar. She opened her eyelids slowly and glanced over at Erin who lay drugged on the forest ground not to far from where she was. She turned her head to the right and saw Cody, a pile of blood and fur. She stood up on shakey legs but sat down and looked at everyone.
"Shay,Zane. Do you think you can carry Cody?" she asked the vampires. "Cassie," she began as she looked at the lynx. "Do you think you can help me carry Erin?" she asked with a nodd towards the black panther. "As for everyone else, we need to create a protective circle," she hesitated. "A circle around the hurt and the weak," she added suddenly. She scanned everyones' faces and sighed. "If someone else has a better idea, speek now," she said. Someone had to take charge, and fast because she could hear the orphanage's crew advansing towards the forest.
