Cody said "Okay. I love you and you should have nevr doubted my love in the first place. The only reason why I even hesitated to kill him on the spot is because I feared for your safety, Shay. I was even more afraid than the night my father died." Cody then kissed her. When they came to the house, he let her down and opened the door to let her inside.

Cody said "Yes. I was scared for you and your safety and that is why I let him be "alone" with you. I never left, though. I was just waiting for a safe way that I could pin him and you not to get hurt. When I seen the best moment to pin him, I took it and I jumped on him not caring for my own safety. Like I said before, I would risk even exile to be with you and throwing my life away for you is even less than exile. So, you see I was scared for you and it was an overwhelming feeling. I love you and I would never let anything happen to you." Cody then kissed her.

Cody said "Don't say. Don't say that." Cody then satrted crying because of his premonition.

Cody stopped crying after a little while and said "Maybe your right but it doesn't take the pain or the terrible fear away." Cody then hugged Shay. And he put a hand over her belly and he freaked out and said "Stand still and don't make a sound, please." Cody then put his head over her belly and then said "Follow me, now." Cody then lead her to his bathroom.

Cody said while he was handing a pregnancy tester to Shay "Take this and use it. See if you are pregnant because I believe I felt and heard two heart beats in there." Cody was so excited and fearful at the same time.

Cody said "Yes. I know they usually don't happen this fast and only once of having s** you usually can't get a pregnancy but I am telling you I felt and heard two heart beats in there. And you have to remember there has never been a mating between a werewolf and a vampire before. So, we honestly don't know how fast getting a pregnancy can be."

Cody was outside the bathroom and heard a crash. He went in all of a sudden and he sat down real quick and started to hold Shay and rocking her back and forth and was saying "There....There....Everything will be okay." And repeated it over and over and over. Once she calmed down a little bit he asked "What is wrong, Shay?"
