Bashkei chuckled, and looked down at Cachen. "Oh, don't worry..." he grinned. "I may as well get used to it." he couldn't keep his eyes off of Cachen. Whether it was the fact he warmed up so quickly to the old wolf, or simply the remidner of his mother, he didn't know. All Bashkei knew was he seemed to be getting on well with his Grandchildren.


OOC: That sounds very resonable! ^^

Balto lead the way, not noticing a little bird taking much notice of them then flying off, it wasn't the Raven.

OOC: That's not Aniu but its importent.

Mako waited for Katie to be asleep before going down again, this time sneaking down so not to wake her. He took out a dog whistle out and blew it as loud as he could.

Bashkei followed as everyone else began to walk. It gave him the discomfort of not being able to lead...but he wanted to see his daughter again.


OOC: Oh gosh who is it? Or...even what? *please please please! ^^*



Katie's eyes flew open as the whistle was blown. It had taken her hours to fall asleep! She growled through the pain, and reeled in anguish. Even though Mako could not, of course, her ears felt as if they would burst and bleed.

"Is something wrong grandpa?" asked Cachen, walking right next to his grandfather.

Lena looked to Tai. "Cachen sure likes Grandpa."

OOC: You'll see.

Mako smiled. He took out another canster and set it on the ground. "This ones diffrent." he said and ran up stairs, locking the door. The canster let out the same horrid smell before but this time mixed with pepper spray.

Bashkei looked to Cachen, a smile spread over his face. "It's nothing...I'm just thinking about your Mama..."


"Stands to reason." said Tai, and smiled softly. "Granddad Bashkei reminds me alot of Momma...besides, they're both so close to her, it was bound to happen."

Katie gasped as the canister released the gas. Now her nose and eyes burned relentlessly. She whined, and scrubbing hard at her muzzle and eyes. She growled oddly, and fell to the hard floor.

Cachen smiled. "That's pretty much right, I don't like fighting, nether does Balto." he said. "He once beat a big mean dog without fighting back at all."

"Leading your father." said Aniu. "Phew! Where does that psycho get such awful smelling stuff?" she asked. "If I had a stomach, I'd throw up."

OOC: I'm sorry for not noticing your posts! The new site lay out has me confused!

"Kai tends to act like you though, that's why he's named after you." said Cachen.

Aniu nodded. "I know honey." she said. "I just hope they make it before you go into heat."

Mako stood outside as the bird that had been watching the group flew and landed on his finger. He listined to it and growled. "Keep an eye on them, Martin." he ordered. "Get me a fur sample from one of them." he ordered.

OOC: That's what was with the bird. Mind being Martin?

OOC: Spy!!! That's dreadful! But good use of Mako's power ^^


The little bird Martin, nodded his head. "Leave it to me," he had a rough voice, for his small stature. He flew off once more and searched for the small group.


Katie nodde,d looking a bit troubled. She knew how her heat was...and she was a few days late; but, she kept dsimissing it. She could be late for a few days...


Bashkei couldn't help but laugh, and glanced at Kai. "Unless your brother wants pain in his old age, and the obligation to fight, that's fine. But it is good, not all of me has left my daughter."
