Raven nuzzled Kirby's face to let him know it was ok "He was..my mate Kirby and I know how you feel." Raven whimpered as she sat down.
Fenix walked over to Kirby and Raven "Raven....are you ok?Kirby?" He asked as he nuzzled his sister.

"I`m ok, and so is Raven, it`s just that, Kodi has passed on. Jenna and Balto are going to be awful sad." Replied Kirby. "I haven`t seen my big brother Ralph around either." He added worriedly.

"Come to think of it...he..was...Wait, Ralph might have perished with Kodi..No. I won`t think of such a thing, Ralph is strong enough to withstand anything that anyone throws at him...I hope." He said sadly.

Kirby`s ears lowered as he thought of his brother as a dead dog. He whispered to himself and said things like "I should have went with them" and "It`s my fault Ralph is dead" He whined softly as he shook his brown fur. Kirby and Ralph were brothers, born in the same litter, and Ralph, being the runt of the litter. The others teased him about it, but Ralph was always there for him.

"I know, but I just don`t know how I`ll ever live without Ralph at my side, we were best pals, brothers." Kirby sighed as he slipped out the dog door "I`m going somewhere where I think I can get more info." Said Kirby. "You comin`?"

Raven looked back at everyone and then her tail went down and her ears went back "Ya, I'll go." Raven said as she followed him out of the door and pushed it closed with her back paw without stoppng.
Fenix frowned at his sister's actions "She is foolish....isn't she? All about love and such." Fenix said to Bolt and Snowy.

Kirby walked under a store, he walked across the wood and peeked through a grate in the floor, it was the pound. "Is there any sight of him?" Asked Kirby and Ralph`s owner. "I`m afraid not, it`s been a month now, I presume he is dead." Said the pound officer.

Kirby walked out from under the pound, his tail low. It was so low that it touched the ground. It couldn`t be true...His brother? dead? He turned his attention to Raven "What is it Raven? What were you about to say?" He asked.

Raven's paws clunched the dirt below them and smiled a fake smile like everything was ok and Kodi isn't dead and she it a perfect and happy wolf/dog!"Oh..um nothing..you would think I was crazy!" She then looked away from him and said goodbye and walked threw the door and nuzzled Bolt's neck.

She looked at Fenix,"Yeah, you would think that, but she really isn't. Do you see what I mean?"
Bolt then shook his fur and ran out after them. It wasn't before long that he found them. " Kirby! Raven! I'm coming with you." He then let out a huge howl to let them know the news.
