Shani looked away from her eyes with a jerking neck "Yes I was, my mother died."Shani replied with a sad voice.

Shani needed this badly so she told her "When I was just a pup my mother and I were playing in a field during winter when my mother heard a gun shot that was near her head and she nudged me to run and that is what I did.But my mother got stuck in a root and was shot, I won't ever forget the look on her face when she she she was shot!Her blood splattered all over me!She she she....."Shani cut off her scentence and was now overflowing with tears and couldn't stop remembering her sweet mother's face when she was shot.Shani dropped to the ground and hid her face in her arms hiding the shame.

Shani heard Xavier talking to his mother, she stepped out, she had never seen him so mad!Shani's ears went back in fear, she was scared now.She never thouht he could be like this, it looked like he was about to kill her, but that was not the reason she was scared, it was because he was going to fight in the war."

Shani awoke to Hispeth howling.And for one split second she wasn't anything, she did not live, she did not exist.Shani then shook her head and looked to find Xavier, and there he was "Xavier, are you sure you want to do this?And what are we fighting for?What made yu so ditermened?"Shani asked.She said this in worried voice but inside she wanted to snap, she had no clue why he wanted to end his life!She didn't want to go threw another death!She didn't think she could take another loved one leave her life forever.

Shani looked into Xavier's golden eys like it would be the last and silently walked away and by Hispeth following her orders she went long with everyone else.I am a good fighter so I shouldn't be worried Shani was nervous and scared, she hated the idea of him fighting, but he is stubbern, so she knew she couldn't talk him out of it.Shani moved like the wind, with grace and great speed.Shani was now right behind Kallen and she could smell a strong scent of a female, it kinda smelled like Hispeth but younger then a over powering scent of another pack filled her nostrils.Then she got it, why this was happening!It was Xavier's sister!She just knew it, she didn't know how but she did.

Xavier's long night of sleep had done him good. Though he woke stiff as a board. He held back a yelp as he got up and stretched his bones and muscles. Hearing some joints pop loudly. Xavier's strong jaws opened wide in a yawn. His stormy gold eyes were a little more alive today. His fur still looked like he had already came out of a war, though he was about to go into one. His ears flickered to his mtoher's howl and he walked in a brisk pace towards the gathering group of his pack. The prince's head was held high, his stides fluided even though it pained him. Xavier was a fighter, a knight, and a bloody devoted family member.

Shani saw Xavier come out of his den and she walked over to him "Xavier, I shall fight next to you.I will die if you die!I will never leave you'r side, and I promise that!" Shani said as her tail slowly went down and so did her ears.Shani was worried.

Aaaw, poor Lati     Hsipeth was surprised at how much Shani was prepared to risk for Xavier- to give her own life, as she overheard some of their conversation. Yong, foolish love. She thought, a little bitterly to herself, reminded of her own memories. But then her face brightened again as she saw tha all her wolves were now present and ready for action. She heard Kallen't battle plan and nodded slowly in understanding."Yes, that's right. We need to get an idea of our enemy's whereabouts before we can decide on how to attack. Take only your stealthiest hunters, if anyone gets seen, the game is up. Then report back to me swiflty..and then...we attack." SHe said, her voice quavering slightly with excitement as she finished the snetence.
