"How do we do that when he keeps attacking us?" Chelsea asked. Max was flying around the world, glad to be rid of his problems.

"I know, but he's not going to stay like that." Chelsea replied. Kelly sat down on the stairs. She hoped Ashley and Giles were alive and OK. She hadn't even had a chance to glimpse at them when she was getting attacked. Max landed outside and began walking around.

"You guys could combine your powers in a shield around him. It'll become a solid shield after about five minutes." Giles explained. Max took flight again, but was flying low.

Ashley used her powers after Lance. Chelsea did the same, wanting this to work. David shimmered in the house as everyone started using their powers. Giles turned around and chanted in Latin, keeping David and the demons at bay until they were done.

Ashley stopped using her power after five minutes and looked at Lance. "Throw something at it." Ashley said. "Hurry up, I can't hold the shield forever." Giles announced.

"I guess it worked." Alty said. David broke through the shield and knocked Giles aside. "Get them." David ordered his demons. "And find James." The demons started attacking everyone in the house.
