Can you believe it, just a few hours and I'm already behind. Tibb those tags are looking great, I love the balto one, Aleu one and nava one.

I would hope we can do this the year after next, then I could drive there! But if it goes down next year, I may not be there Atlanta is a tad far from Chicago.

I think the summer after next should be good. What do the rest of ya think? Then I'll be... 17.

Sounds OK, it would definately give plenty of time to raise money for air-fares and such.

Sorry for being gone for so long guys. After school ends, it tends to get pretty hectic...

Anyway, I like the new nametag Tibby. You're really getting some good ideas for the design. Also, I'd like to say that not very many people have applied for permission slips. I know that many of you don't want to go or don't think that you'll be allowed to go, but it's at least worth a try. If we really want this to be an enjoyable experience, we need more people to participate.

EDIT: Tibby, I noticed your signature and I was wondering if I could use it? ^^ I thought that I may as well ask it so maybe the link in my signature would be a bit more noticable.

Chicago. That's the last time I'm going to say it.

Well we know it's going to be in Chicago and this place near a lake sounds like the best bet but were still looking for it's name, once I know it's name I can check it out but I get so many hits on google at the moment, less than it was though, used to be 15,000,000 now it's down to nearer 9,000,000, progress at least, not much but at least it's somewhere.

This isn't going to work, most of them live in different countrise are are extreamly young. Hotels are not cheap, I mean I don't know this would be arranaged as we would have to gather everyone's phone numbers, a meeting place and etc.

We don't necessarily need phone numbers I don't think...that would seem a bit stalker-ish and some people might be a little reluctant to give it out to people, and I understand why they would be. For now, we have years until we're going to actually pull this off. That gives us a lot of time to plan for it, and for now, as long as we have e-mail addresses and other means of contact, then we're safe.

Meeting place: Hotel in Chicago.

Money: I can raise more than enough funds to pay for the hotels function room, hiring it for two days that is.

Different countries: I know, that is why I posted the topic in the first place, many people have made good friends here that live in another country (me included) and a fan-event seems a good place to meet them.

Young members: I know this too, that's why I recommended bringing parents, not only the fact that I don't think anyones parents would let us go to this alone but it would give everyones parents peace of mind and they could be there to ensure the safety of their kids.

Phone numbers: ...Why would we need each others phone number? not to mention the fact that I live in the UK, international calls are very expensive.

Me? Plane, I'm gonna fly over to Chicago and check into the same hotel the event is held at.

You can get there any way that works the best for you and your family. If I were to go, I would suggest having a parent drive you there and have them stay so that you'll have a ride home as well. That's only a suggestion, but in my opinion, there wouldn't be any problems if it were to happen like that. Buses, planes, walking (though I don't recommend it), etc. are other ways of getting there. Any way is acceptable, but you do have to have a way to get back home after the meeting. If I were to go, I'd most likely drive with my parents.

I know you all need time to save money but in two years who knows if the same members will be on Balto Source. If there is a way I suggest maybe a sooner date.
